This is a calming meditation to clear away the haze and the fog that may leave you feeling detached and disconnected.
So you'll feel grounded,
Centered,
And focused.
So let's begin by getting comfortable however you see fit in this moment right now.
Whether you are laying down or seated in a chair,
Begin by closing your eyes.
We'll take a nice deep breath in and out.
And another deep breath in and out.
And one more nice big deep breath in and exhale.
And as you continue to breathe,
Feeling more relaxed and centered,
Feel the ground below you,
Holding you steady,
Always there,
Providing a space that's all your own,
That only you occupy.
Trying to breathe,
Feeling your centeredness.
And if you've been feeling out of it or hazy and detached,
As you tune into the grounded centeredness of the space you occupy in this moment,
With each breath you are further grounded,
Relaxing and centering.
And I invite you to tune into how you experience this haziness or detached feeling.
Maybe it comes to your awareness like you are literally in a fog,
Not seeing or feeling as clearly as you may desire,
Which is okay.
That's part of the human experience.
Like a pendulum,
We often swing back and forth.
But for now,
Allow yourself to have an awareness of this haze or fogginess within your mind and throughout your body.
And with each deep inhale and exhale,
The fog begins to dissipate.
As you breathe in calm clarity and breathe out the fog.
Breathing in calm clarity,
Breathing out the fog.
For each inhale and exhale clears this energy and brings you deeper and more clearly into the present moment as the fog and the haze begins to float away and drift.
You may feel with each breath the haze disappear as you sit within your center feeling more clear and calm.
As beautiful light from above shines down on you like the radiant sun further clearing away all the fog bringing you back into focus.
So you are centered and calm,
Releasing and centering,
Breathing in and out.
So clear and calm.
With each breath,
You are grounded,
Letting go and focused beams of light shining your path.
The haze is gone and you are free,
Aligned and centered in your calm clarity.
So peaceful and easy.
For you have let go and refocused.
And now that you are grounded in this beautiful and serene frequency of calm clarity,
You begin to gently feel your body slowly coming back to your space with one more breath in and out.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and come back to your space.
