I have been a therapist and trainer for many years in the UK and learned teaching skills in MBCT at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Mindfulness helps us be fully present; to calm, sooth and focus the mind; to be open and to appreciate; to grow and to be able to choose how to respond rather than react on impulse. Mindfulness is for everyone and doesn't have to involve long periods of time. You can be mindful through movement, music, poetry, or anything you find joyful. Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Therapy Certificate in Management Studies Diploma in Applied Psychology MSc in CBT Mindfulness Practitioner and Teacher Level 3 EMDR Trained and EMDR Europe Accredited
