Notice your posture and sit up a little to open your lungs and take in the moment.

Take a moment to look around the room.
Now close your eyes or gaze at the floor.
Tune into your breathing without trying to change it.
Just notice the sensations involved in breathing in and out.
Notice any other sensations.
Gently scan from your head downwards and notice what sensations you are aware of throughout your body.
Now pay attention to any difficult or uncomfortable thoughts,
Feelings or sensations.
Name them.
Allow them.
And make room for them rather than pushing them away.
Breathe with them and then let them go as if drifting away on a cloud.
Now bring to mind your journey through this book.
Think about your experiences,
