
The Threshold Meditation - Step Into Your Vision

Use this visualization meditation to take a journey in your mind to get closer to your vision. Let go of what can not come with you with gratitude and reverence as you step through the threshold into your big dream lighter, with more clarity and focus.
Transcript
So just closing your eyes and getting comfortable in your seat,
You can either lie down or sit.
And at any time,
You can just change your position to always be comfortable.
I would like you to imagine yourself walking.
Just begin to walk down a path.
You can be wearing what you have on at this moment,
Or you can conjure up anything that you'd like along the way.
Allow your mind to really be creative and use your imagination and the power of visualization to begin to pull you forward into your vision,
Into your next level.
As you're walking,
You become aware of the path that you are walking on.
Just see the type of environment that you have placed yourself in as you step one foot in front of the other,
Slowly stepping into the next level.
Slowly stepping,
Mindfully taking in where you have placed yourself.
Is it a forest?
Is it a concrete path?
Is it a city?
Is it a jungle?
Is it the beach?
Allow yourself to walk anywhere so far that you would like.
You are going to become aware of a gold thread that is attached to your belly button.
This gold thread is coming from your body and it is connected to your vision.
The vision of where you are going,
The vision of how you want to feel,
The vision of all the people that are there with you,
The vision of the career you want to be in,
The things that you are doing on a daily basis,
How you feel in your body,
The amount of money you're making,
The people you are around,
Who you are touching,
The vision,
All of it,
Everything.
This thread is connected and gently,
It is subtly guiding you and pulling you forward.
As you walk,
You step with confidence,
With trust,
With ease as you just follow this pull forward.
Take a breath here,
Inhale and exhale.
One more time,
Resting in this ease of being guided,
Inhaling in.
I am trusting my path,
Exhaling,
I am being guided.
Just walking,
Seeing now that you know that you don't have to think about so much where you're going.
Taking in what is around you,
Begin to play and bring pleasure,
Bring your sensory experience to enjoy what you're looking at,
Basking in the environment,
In the sun,
Maybe flowers,
The colors,
The sounds,
The smells,
Just one step at a time.
Inhale and exhale.
Up ahead,
You see a threshold and you step closer to this threshold.
The threshold represents the crossover from where you are into where you are going.
The vision is on the other side of this threshold and a threshold is a marker of this crossover.
It could be a line in the sand,
A rock,
Could be a cliff,
Could be an ocean's shore.
Whatever this threshold is for you,
I want you to imagine a doorway,
A gate,
Anything.
What is your threshold that you have stepped up to the edge of change and witnessing this moment that you are bringing yourself to as you are guided by the golden thread.
Imagining that everything you desire is on the other side of this threshold.
Stand there,
Both strong and excited,
Yet apprehensive and possibly curious.
Breathing in this moment,
This unknown moment,
Yet the unknown is more known than it seems.
Inhale and exhale.
But before we can cross over into change and vision,
Most likely we must let go of something that can no longer come with us.
It is an old,
Outdated program.
It is a person.
It is a behavior,
A habit,
A thing.
It cannot come with you because the law of sacrifice states that you must give up something of lower value for something of higher value.
Your higher value is your vision.
It is what you desire.
It is pulling you forward into a higher frequency.
You're being led and guided there to your best version of yourself.
So we will have some silence right now while you come up with three things that cannot come with you on this next version of yourself into your vision.
As your mind comes up with these things,
You can give them a shape as you look at them and hold them in your hand.
You can give them a color,
A texture.
They can be a word,
A story behind it.
I want you to come up with three things that you are essentially in your mind's eye holding that you cannot bring with you.
It's going to be quiet for about a minute and I will come back to lead you into the next phase.
Come up with three things that you cannot take with you on this next part.
Go.
Breathe as you come up with what needs to be released.
Be as detailed as possible.
You should now have three things in your mind's eye that need to be released that cannot come with you.
They are three very powerful things,
Habits,
Items that have led you here to this beautiful moment of change.
I'd like you to imagine the first one in your hand.
You're looking at it.
And I want you to really hold a sense of gratitude for this.
Thank you so much for bringing me here to this edge of change.
I no longer need you.
I am so grateful for the lessons you have brought me,
For everything that you had gifted me.
And I will now release you and let you go.
And so imagine placing this item down,
This thing,
This habit,
This behavior,
This fear,
This person.
Gently coming to the second thing.
With gratitude,
I am letting you go for all you have brought me,
For all you have taught me.
I am so grateful.
Thank you.
Your job is now done and I am ready to move on.
And I am so grateful.
Thank you.
And you place that second one down mindfully with reverence for it has brought you here.
The third thing you hold in your hand,
You're looking.
Thank you so much for bringing me here to this edge of change.
I am deeply honored to have been a part of your life,
Whether it is a person or for it to have been a part of your life,
A habit,
A behavior,
A pattern.
And I now release you.
I have gained the lessons that I needed.
And it's with love,
Gratitude and appreciation that I let you go.
Thank you.
With those three things down in your mind,
Your hands are empty.
They're loose.
You're ready to receive more.
I want you to imagine yourself standing at this threshold,
Erect,
Powerful,
Confident.
And on the count of three,
I want you to imagine yourself stepping through the threshold into your vision.
Three,
Two,
One.
Go.
You have now entered the vision.
Allow your mind to see where you are.
Take a breath in.
Who is here?
What do you want over here?
What are you wearing?
How are you feeling?
How are you moving?
What in this new space would you like to conjure up as your vision of where you are moving into?
Fully allow your mind and your imagination to create it here first.
Everything is created twice,
First in your mind.
And then through aligned action,
Does it become a reality?
Right now is the manifestation power of visualization.
You must see it to create it.
Play over here a little bit with your mind.
See again the sensory experience.
What does it feel like?
Who is here?
Laughter.
Who are you playing with?
Take a breath in and a breath out.
Whether you're lying down or sitting,
I would like you to just bring your arms around you into a hug.
And come up with one word that represents how you feel on this side in the vision.
What is a word that you can hold on to?
Something that is really,
Really present here inside of this beautiful new vision.
Hug it into yourself.
Infuse your entire body with this word that you know is the representation of where you are going.
And that you have walked the path here,
That you have released what no longer serves you.
Or you have been brave enough to step through the resistance and to change.
And be brave enough to live into the next version of yourself.
Yes,
You have arrived.
Yes,
You are worthy.
Yes,
You can.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Just letting your arms gently unwrap.
Just placing your hands down and just taking one last nourishing breath in.
Just sealing in the vision.
And so it is.
It is on its way.
I trust myself and I believe.
When you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
And if you have a journal near you or some paper and pen,
I would like you to just write down anything that you can remember from this vision.
Taking your time to slowly come back.
No rush.
Just gently awakening your arms,
Your legs,
Preparing to remember this path,
This vision,
This beautiful mind,
Imagination,
And visualization.
That you have brought yourself closer to what you desire.
Writing it down.
Especially the three things and anything you can remember about them.
The threshold,
What did it look like,
And anything about the vision.
Write it all down.
Second phase of manifestation.
Capture it.
Get detailed about it.
Take a breath in.
And a breath out.
