A meditation to help you fall asleep. We'll start with an energetic cleansing with Earth and rainbow energy, and then bring awareness into the body, counting down from 20 to 0 with the inhale and exhale.

You can lie down and just feel the weight of your body connected to the earth.

Imagine as if there's a little spark in your heart.

It's just gonna move down to the center of the earth and with each inhale you're gonna breathe energy from the earth up into your body.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale.

If you like,

You can imagine this energy is a rainbow frequency,

Cleansing,

Purifying as it comes into your body and then as it travels above your body and when it reaches high into the sky it's just going to waterfall back down into yourselves.

Beautiful cleansing waterfall of rainbow light energy.

Let it clear away any stress from your body as you become clear,

Whole,

Purified,

Ready to prepare yourself for sleep.

To form energetic protection,

We can just imagine a little bubble in the center of our heart and with each exhale it grows bigger.

So inhale and exhale.

Grows bigger.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale and exhale until you feel yourself surrounded by an energetic protection like an opalescent bubble,

Creating a sense of containment,

Being in your own energy field as you go to sleep.

And now just notice your breath,

Drawing energy up from the base of your spine to the crown of your head as you inhale and then exhale,

Sending all that energy back down,

Down to your roots,

Your pastes.

Going to do this as I count down from 20.

You're just going to get more and more sleepy.

As I count down,

Inhale and exhale.
