This is a guided meditation on manifestation.
And close your eyes and center into the breath.
Relax all parts of your body,
Allow yourself to fully arrive.
The first step of manifestation is to set the intention.
So begin to imagine what it is.
What is this new reality that you really want to create?
And for simplicity today,
Let's just choose one new reality,
One new thing that we would love to welcome into our lives.
Now,
I want you to imagine what it would be like to already have this thing.
I want you to see through the eyes of already having it.
How would you act and behave if this was already part of your life?
And now feel it in your body.
Feel on a cellular level what it would be like to have this as part of your life.
A sense of spaciousness,
Joy,
Comfort,
Security,
Whatever that is,
Feel it in your body.
And then tap into a feeling of gratitude,
Gratitude for what it would be like to have this,
Gratitude for everything that's already working in my life,
Gratitude for the possibility of having this,
Gratitude for being present in this moment.
And next,
We must be consistent.
We must be consistent in this practice of feeling,
Imagining,
Being grateful.
So anytime you begin to notice your negative thoughts come up,
That limiting beliefs that begin to tell you this is not possible for your life,
Remember this feeling,
Remember this feeling of what it would be like to already have it,
To see through the eyes of the person who already has it,
To be grateful for what you have and for the possibility of having this.
Be consistent every day in this practice.
And as you begin this practice,
Doors will begin to open.
The universe will begin to provide opportunities for you.
And your job now is to say yes,
Even if it might scare you,
Say yes to the ones that feel right,
That feel like this is going to bring you closer to this imagined reality.
When you feel it in your whole body,
When you can imagine it,
Can imagine sending out even from the crown of your head out into the universe of just this intention please universe,
This is what I am holding in my heart.
Send it out,
Send it out.
And finally,
Let it go.
Let it go into the hands of the divine.
I offer it up.

I open myself to the idea that it might be even greater than what I am creating in my own imagination.
