Hi,
My friend.
This meditation is for women who are wanting to live with more empowerment,
Freedom,
And sovereignty.
As women,
We often hold so much that is not ours,
Particularly in our wombs.
So this meditation will really help you separate from the energies in your environment,
Separate from energies of others,
And really claim and inhabit the space for yourself,
Your purpose,
And all that is true and beautiful for you.
Let's go ahead,
Let's close our eyes,
Get comfortable.
I would recommend sitting up with your feet touching the floor to do this meditation.
Really helps the energy move that way.
And as we arrive,
Maybe rolling your shoulders a few times,
Maybe moving your hips a little bit.
And throughout our meditation,
Feel free to move as well.
You don't have to sit in silence and stillness like a robot.
Feel free to sigh,
Feel free to shake,
Feel free to move.
I find it can often really help us move energy.
Taking some deep belly breaths,
Letting your belly soften as you feel it expand with your breath and letting that breath come up your ribcage and your heart space.
Full exhale,
Doing a few rounds of this breath at your own pace,
Softening your face,
Softening your shoulders,
Noticing if there's any tension in your legs,
Anywhere in your body that you can invite to just release.
Now bringing your awareness to the center of your head,
And if you were to place your fingertip right at your third eye chakra,
Above your eyebrows in the center of your head,
And then take another finger to meet in the same space in the back of your head,
Right where these places would meet,
That is the center of your head.
This is your inner sanctuary.
You have some powerful glands that are here,
And this is the space of your third eye chakra,
Your ability to really see with clarity yourself,
Others,
And the world,
Really peeling illusion and living with more truth,
More energetic awareness.
And then from the center of your head,
Go ahead and create a grounding cord.
See this image out in front of you,
Maybe it's a tree trunk,
Maybe it's a waterfall,
It can be absolutely anything,
And then bring that image to the base of your spine,
Right at your hips,
And ground deeply into the earth,
Into our beautiful mother,
And let it be wide,
Much wider than your body,
And deep into the earth.
Coming back to your breath,
As you root even deeper,
As you really land in your body,
Taking a moment to release anything you're ready to release,
Letting it melt off of you,
And now just like you created that grounding cord in front of you,
I want you to invite a bubble about arm's length distance in front of you,
And in that bubble,
Invite in the energy of your female space,
Looking at your uterus,
And your ovaries,
And if you've had any surgeries,
Energetically,
We're able to still look at this the same exact way,
So really honoring any experience you might have had in this space,
Any surgeries.
And as we look at this energy clairvoyantly,
We're also processing it in our bodies,
But I find that doing work in this way can be a little bit less intense,
And we can find a little bit more neutrality by observing it with our mind's eye in front of us as we process everything in our bodies.
Go ahead and ground that bubble with your female space,
Grounded deeply into the earth,
Not through your body,
In front of you,
About arm's length distance as well,
And as we say hello to a few energies,
All that you're ready to release from this space,
We'll release down that grounding into the earth.
And part of really claiming our sovereignty and our wombs in our female spaces is calling out some energy,
Looking at some different energies that we often hold in this space.
And so the first energy I want to speak to that I see in our female spaces a lot is medical energy.
As women,
There is often very traumatic events that happen in medical spaces.
We're often not honored in these spaces,
And so much of the knowledge and research that is done in our medical industry is about male bodies.
And so simply existing as a woman in this society,
There is often a lot of medical energy in our wombs.
So go ahead and create a rose in front of this bubble,
And let this rose absorb any medical energy out of your female space,
Out of your womb,
And keep breathing,
Keep being gentle with your body and yourself,
And always honoring your level of capacity in this moment.
If you're ready to just dip a toe in,
Beautiful,
Please honor your nervous system and your body and the depth you're ready to explore in this meditation today.
Sometimes when I see this energy,
I actually see doctors,
White coats,
And I see different medical symbols and different instruments that we've seen in these spaces as women.
Letting it all go from your space,
Sending it into that rose,
And as you do this,
Noticing what sensations are present in your body,
And keep coming back to your breath.
You might have an awareness of different memories,
And opening to all of your senses,
Opening to your ability to see energy,
Your ability to know,
Your ability to hear,
Your ability to feel.
They're all valid,
And they're all welcome here.
Once that rose is saturated with all of that medical energy,
Go ahead and throw it off into the universe,
Blow it up.
Then I want you to create another rose,
And let this rose call out any religious energy.
There is often so much here.
One of the ones I see the most is control and fear-based programming tied to religion.
I often see this belief that we as women are able to be light and loving,
And kind of that love and light energy bypassing the body,
But we're not allowed to be empowered,
Embodied women who are on our spiritual paths,
Really inhabiting our bodies as we take the steps we're meant to take.
There's often this either or.
You can be religious,
You can be spiritual,
Or you can be in your body.
We don't have to choose.
We get to be embodied women,
Owning our spiritual selves,
Expressing our spiritual selves,
And so letting go of any of this religious energy.
Sometimes this energy shows up here as not being able to be sensual,
Not being able to be sexual,
That shame or that limitation of you can be in your body,
But not here.
Don't own your womb.
There's so much,
And it's often unconscious.
As I name any of these energies and kind of poke at them in your space to help you claim more liberation and sovereignty,
If you do go unconscious and you don't hear what I'm saying,
That's okay.
That's exactly where you need to be.
Sometimes our minds need to almost shut off to access these deep layers.
There's no wrong way to do this.
As I mentioned at the beginning too,
If you need to move,
Feel free to move.
Feel free to shake.
Feel free to make any wild woman noises you want to make to really help move this energy.
Sometimes I see this religious energy is almost like a clamp around our female space,
Around our wombs,
Like a fence,
A limitation.
Letting any of this go into that rose,
Throw it off into the universe,
Blow it up.
Know that all of the energies we're saying hello to,
They're layers.
It's step-by-step.
Each time we do work like this,
We're accessing deeper and deeper layers to really claim these spaces for ourselves.
It's not a one-or-done type piece of work.
It's step-by-step deepening in our awareness of our bodies and how we really inhabit our beautiful vessels.
The next energy I want to say hello to here is our careers,
Our works.
I recently left a career in banking of 20 years to pursue this full-time and holy moly,
There was so much banking industry in my womb,
It was unbelievable.
Noticing if your employer is in your womb,
If your coworkers are in your womb,
If you are self-employed,
Maybe it's your students or your clients.
Sometimes in our workplace,
If we're the ones to see certain dynamics or if we're this natural healer,
We'll tend to hold it.
Oh,
I see it,
So it's my responsibility.
Or,
Oh,
This person is suffering,
Let me help.
And helping is beautiful,
But we don't have to hold it in our wombs,
We don't have to hold it in our bodies.
Our ovaries are kind of like little vacuum cleaners that kind of just suck everything up.
It really helps to be aware of this tendency and clear often and just notice,
Notice different energetic dynamics that are at play.
So inviting everybody out of your womb into that rose,
Go ahead and blow it up.
Taking a few breaths,
Just take a pause before we look at the next energy and notice how your body is doing,
Notice what's alive in your body,
What's moving,
What feels stagnant and keep coming back to your breath,
Keep coming back to feeling your feet on the floor,
Yourself sitting on your chair beneath you,
Feeling that support,
Being held by that support that powerful connection with Mother Earth through a grounding cord,
Softening your belly and taking a few more belly breaths,
Really breathing in through your belly,
Letting it come up your ribcage and your heart space,
Softening your face and your shoulders and the next energy we'll look at is our romantic partners.
This is a huge one.
I noticed it so much in my life.
The second I loved a man,
It'd be like,
Come on into my uterus.
I'll hold all your pain and it's a dynamic I see a lot of where we as women hold for those that we love,
Those that we've been intimate with,
Those that we've been in relationship with.
So create a rose in front of you and let this rose absorb any energy from a current partner,
Past partners,
Anyone you've ever been sexually intimate with.
And I say this very gently and lovingly,
But if you have ever had any sexual trauma,
Often we are holding this here as well.
So inviting any of this energy,
Any times where your body was not honored the way it deserved to be honored,
Letting that go into the rose as well.
And again,
Diving in as much as it is within your capacity to do so in this moment in your body,
Never overriding where your body is.
Allowing a deep listening and space and grace.
Holding for our partners can be such deep programming.
And this is what we're just supposed to do as women.
And there was a time not very long ago where we were possessions and we were basically owned and we didn't have the space and the freedom that most of us have today.
And so this is a dynamic that is so powerful to see and separate from and really approach relationships completely differently and with your energetic sovereignty.
Saying bye to any exes.
They don't get to take up space.
And again,
Any current partners too.
This is your space.
And go ahead and send that rose off into the universe,
Blow it up.
And there are unlimited layers we could say hello to,
But I don't want this meditation to be three hours.
So let's just do one more.
Let's look at our families and any family energy in this space.
And I would say this is another really,
Really big one.
Any family members,
Any ancestors,
Any really limiting family dynamics that are in your womb space.
Keep breathing.
And I know some of these can be really uncomfortable.
I've shared that as I began to do female intuitive work and really look at these energy dynamics that we experience as women,
It was really uncomfortable.
At first,
It was sitting through and putting in the reps and I was in pain and I was in discomfort.
And I just knew I was meant to do this work.
And I knew it was a huge piece of my healing.
And the more I did it,
The more I just showed up no matter how I felt while also honoring my body.
Of course,
The more I saw,
Oh my gosh,
There's so much freedom on the other side of this.
There's so much empowerment.
There's so much just pleasure in inhabiting our bodies for ourselves and how good that feels.
So often when we're in our bodies and it doesn't feel good,
It's because we're holding so much for others.
When it's our energy,
Even if it's painful,
It often feels good.
There's a flow.
There's a movement.
There's this supportive healing that's happening.
So lovingly or not so lovingly kicking any family members out of your space.
Sending this off into the universe,
Blow it up,
And then creating a golden rose in front of you.
And let this golden rose move through your female space out in front of you,
Moving through your uterus and your ovaries and almost like a lint roller,
Absorbing any remaining energy that you're ready to release.
Any energy that is not yours,
That is not in alignment with your highest truth,
Your highest good.
Do a little fine cleaning.
And then send this rose off into the universe as well.
Blow it up.
And then now that we've really owned the space more of ourselves,
Visualize bringing that bubble,
Bringing your female space back into your body and letting it move into where your physical organs and the physical space are located.
And then let that grounding cord you created at the beginning of meditation envelop your entire female space,
Grounding your uterus,
Grounding your ovaries.
And this is something I would highly recommend to do every day when you ground your female space.
Own the space every day as much as you remember.
And then I want you to look for a validating color,
Letting your female space show you what color it wants to be set at.
And this can really help you own this space.
It can help to continue to release any energy that's not yours and to have it be an ongoing daily practice or practice as it feels needed for you.
And look for a color with your mind's eye.
Maybe you see a color.
Maybe you just know it.
Maybe you hear it repeated to you.
And don't overthink it.
Trust the instinct that comes through for this.
And then get out your psychic paintbrush and paint your female space this beautiful color.
And really claim the space as yours.
You can even say it out loud.
Mine.
Maybe you say it as you hold your womb.
Mine.
This is my space to fully inhabit.
I notice sometimes when we do this,
We have these programs and conditionings that come up of like,
But you need to share.
It's selfish.
All of that crap that we've been taught as women,
That good girl conditioning.
Let that go.
It is beautiful and needed for women to inhabit our spaces and to claim our bodies as our own.
Noticing any tendency to only take up part of our space or to shrink or edit to keep others comfortable.
And I know it's challenging,
But light them up.
Make them uncomfortable.
You get to own your space.
This is your beautiful body.
This is your energy.
I truly believe that any discomfort we cause by being true to ourselves is a gift and it's an invitation to grow.
For others,
It's our medicine.
And they get to take steps as they choose to,
And that's not our responsibility.
And then as we start to close out this meditation,
Creating a giant golden sun above your head and letting this golden sun magnetize all of your energy,
All of your essence,
All of you back to this moment.
We kicked everybody out of our space,
And now let's call ourselves back from anybody else's space,
From any industries,
From our work,
From our previous or current partners,
From family.
Call all of ourselves back into that golden sun,
And that gold neutralizes this energy.
And in that golden sun,
I want you to visualize thousands of words that say mine,
Mine,
Mine,
Mine,
Mine in that golden sun.
And then fill in your entire body,
Head to toe,
Your aura that surrounds you,
In front of you,
Behind you,
Both sides,
Above and below,
And let every cell feel that mine.
Really inhabit every single part of you.
You deserve it.
This is your sacred space.
And you get to choose when and how you share it with others.
Really owning your sovereignty,
Feeling an extra gold to your womb space,
Down your grounding.
And if there were any areas in your body that you really felt a lot release,
Send extra gold to these spaces.
Starting to invite some gentle movement back into your body.
Coming back to a few rounds of belly breath,
Softening your body,
Softening your belly,
Feeling that breath expand.
Maybe letting out a sigh.
Sometimes when we do these meditations,
We feel a lot of energy around our heads.
So if you notice that,
Go ahead and gently bend over just a little bit.
Don't knock your head on anything.
Bend over,
Though,
And maybe shake your head yes or no.
And then as you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and make your way back into the space that you're in.
Taking your time.
And then honoring what you need after this practice.
I find that movement can be really supportive,
Maybe dancing or shaking or yoga,
Time in nature.
Sometimes it's really helpful to get out.
Sometimes it's really beneficial to rest and to take a nap.
And then I'd recommend drinking plenty of water,
Getting plenty of hydration as this energy continues to move.
And as I mentioned,
This is this is a layered piece of energetic work.
So as you move through your life,
Notice what arises,
Notice seeing how your womb responds in different environments around different people and really step by step claiming more womb sovereignty.
