Hello and welcome to your dream cycle.
We are going to be spending time today dreaming into every phase of the cycle and I am inviting you into receiving a vision of how you want to experience your cyclical flow and each of these phases.
For this meditation I will be inviting you into a time of journaling after we go through each different season or phase of the cycle.
So grab a journal and something to write with before you begin.
This meditation will be helpful for you to move from where you are today,
Seeing where you want to go,
And being able to bridge that gap through setting intentions and creating actions.
Now before we begin this meditation it's going to be important as we are dreaming to have a strong boundary with your inner critic.
The inner critic may want to come and destroy your dream and telling you that it is not possible or you are not worthy.
And so at any point in time during the meditation if your inner critic shows up to say those things to you,
Tell them strongly to leave.
They are not welcome in this place and you are worthy to have a life in a cycle that you dream of.
When you are ready to begin dreaming come into a comfortable position for your body allowing yourself to relax into the holding of your body,
Into the holding of the earth below you,
And if you would like to close your eyes at this time.
Bringing your awareness to the connection your body has to the seat below you and the floor below you.
Allowing yourself to relax into this holding,
This strong foundation that is below you that you can ground yourself into the present moment.
Bringing your awareness into the earth,
The land that is below your body right now.
How that land stretches out in all directions,
Strong and stable.
A trusting force that you can relax into.
And when you're ready in your mind's eye,
Bringing to your awareness the cycle all around you,
And you are standing in the center,
And you look in all of the directions seeing the different seasons and phases of your unique cycle.
And I invite you now to turn towards your menstrual phase,
Which is the inner winter.
See this phase in front of you.
Allow the scene to unfold,
To take shape.
You're just building awareness to what is present in front of you in this phase of the cycle.
And if you feel comfortable,
You can go ahead and step into this scene.
Allowing yourself to have an embodied sense of how you experience this phase of the cycle.
And then I invite you to dream into what this part of the cycle could look like for you in an ideal world.
So as you are dreaming into this season of your cycle,
This time of winter,
This time under the new moon,
What do you notice?
What do you see?
What are you doing?
Do you notice any sounds?
Something you are touching or connecting with?
How are you taking care of yourself in this part of your cycle?
And how are you feeling in this place?
Can you sense your emotions?
What it would feel like to have this dream season of your cycle?
And then allow yourself to receive a gift from your vision.
So maybe around you or near you,
You see a box or a gift ready for you to open.
And when you open it,
What did you receive?
And I invite you to pause this meditation and take a moment to write out and journal through anything that you noticed that you were aware of for this season phase of the cycle.
And what gift you received.
And then come back to explore the next phase and season.
And when you are ready to go back into your meditative state,
Closing your eyes,
Coming back to that sense of holding through your body,
Through the earth,
Through the cycle.
And turning to face the pre-audulation time of the menstrual cycle,
Which is also the inner spring season,
And as you are looking into the scene,
Stepping into the spring.
And allow yourself to acclimate to this season of your cycle.
Allow the scene to unfold and take shape naturally.
Allowing your dream spring season,
Your dream waxing moon phase to take shape around you.
What do you notice?
What do you see?
Can you hear anything?
Where are you in the world?
Are you alone or is anybody with you?
What are you doing?
What does your self-care look like here in this phase of your cycle?
And how do you feel in this part of your cycle?
What emotions are flowing through you?
And allowing yourself to receive a gift,
An invitation for this part of your cycle.
Opening the gift,
What do you see?
What have you been given?
Holding your gift,
I invite you to gently take a moment to write down anything that came through.
When you are ready to come back into the meditation,
Again finding a place of stillness and closing your eyes.
Feeling that connection between your body and the ground below you.
Allowing yourself to be held by the earth.
And then turn towards the summer season,
The time of ovulation in the menstrual cycle,
Also known as the inner summer,
And seeing this part of the cycle unfold in front of you.
And when you feel comfortable,
Allowing yourself to take that step over the threshold into the summer,
Orienting yourself to this new place of the cycle,
Allowing a new scene to unfold around you.
Realizing your ideal cycle to be present here with you.
Realizing the colors and textures that are all around you.
Realizing if there are any sounds,
Smells,
Taste.
Are there others in the scene with you?
Are you by yourself?
And what are you doing?
Where are you in the world?
How are you taking care of yourself during this phase of your cycle?
And how are you feeling?
Can you sense your emotions while being in this ideal state of your cycle?
Can you notice nearby you there is another gift,
A gift for your summer season,
For the full moon phase,
And you pick it up,
Opening it,
What have you been given?
How does it feel to hold this gift?
And when you are ready,
You can pause the meditation again to write out in your journal everything you experienced for this phase of the summer ovulation time of the cycle,
As well as the gift you received inviting you into a deeper connection to this part of your cycle.
When you are ready to come back again,
Closing your eyes,
Dropping back into your inner awareness,
Coming back to that connection between your body and the ground below you,
Knowing you are held in safety here by your body,
Your cycle,
And the earth,
And you see ahead of you the autumn season,
The premenstrual time of the cycle known as the inner autumn,
Remembering that no inner critics are allowed in this meditation,
As you deserve to experience an ideal autumn,
Premenstrual,
Or waning phase of your cycle.
And when you are ready,
Going ahead and stepping into this scene,
Allowing yourself to be fully immersed in this part of your cycle,
Taking in all of your senses,
What is around you,
What you are seeing,
Hearing,
Smelling.
Tasting.
Touching.
Looking above you and below you in all directions,
What are you noticing for your dream autumn?
Are you inside or outside?
Are there others around?
What are you doing in this place?
How are you caring for yourself in this place?
And how do you feel here?
What emotions are present when you are in your ideal autumn premenstrual phase of the cycle?
You notice that your cycle has a gift for you to receive.
Allow yourself to take this gift,
Open it,
Noticing what you have been given and how it can nourish you moving forward.
And again,
You can pause the meditation,
Taking a moment to journal and write down your experience of your ideal autumn premenstrual time of the cycle.
And when you are ready to come back into your meditative place,
Closing your eyes again,
Reacting back into your body in connection with the ground and the earth below you.
And I invite you to step back into the center of your cycle,
Your natural ebb and flow that is a part of who you are.
These divine cycles you have been given as a blueprint to discover who you are.
Taking a moment,
Sharing gratitude to yourself for doing this practice,
For allowing yourself to dream into everything you are worthy of receiving,
Dreaming into a life that is deeply sustaining,
Nourishing and thriving.
And from this place of deep connection to your ideal cycle,
I invite you to set an intention for how you are going to move from where you are today to where you dream you can be.
Maybe you want to do a hand gesture,
Placing a hand on your body,
Honoring yourself in this process you went through,
Sealing in all of the energy you experienced,
Taking a deep breath in to seal that energy.
And as you exhale,
Gently opening your eyes and taking a moment to write out your intentions,
How you desire to move from where you are today towards your dream cycle experience,
Reminding yourself every step of the way that you are deserving to receive everything you can dream of.
