Meg Gold is a holistic wellness practitioner, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and breathwork guide. With extensive training in yin yoga, soul coaching, and therapeutic modalities, she supports individuals in reconnecting with their inner calm through breath, stillness, and embodied awareness. Meg’s approach is gentle and grounded, helping people move from overwhelm to clarity by offering accessible practices that meet them where they are.
