Meg Gold is a holistic wellness practitioner and certified yoga and meditation teacher offering grounded, embodied support for women who have spent years holding everything together. Her work is rooted in the understanding that calm, clarity, and a sense of safety are not things to be forced or fixed, but qualities that can be remembered when the nervous system is given permission to slow down, soften, and feel supported. Through breath, meditation, and mindful movement, Meg guides practices that help individuals reconnect with their bodies and meet themselves with greater presence and care. Since 2018, Meg has supported individuals and groups navigating chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. Her approach does not bypass what is difficult, but instead offers tools to meet these experiences with more awareness, regulation, and compassion. Drawing from yin yoga, breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic modalities, her work prioritises choice, safety, and listening to what the body actually needs. Many people arrive with a quiet sense that something has shifted beneath the surface, that continuing to push through is no longer sustainable. Meg’s offerings create space to slow down, reconnect with the breath, and build a steadier relationship with oneself, one moment at a time.
