Hi there.

Welcome.

Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie comfortably.

Allow your eyes to soften or close gently.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling expansion and the creation of space.

Exhale slowly,

Noticing the sensation of your body coming to rest.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to settle and allow any tension to dissolve away.

Your body slowly sinks into stillness,

The breath washing away any traces of the day.

Allow your breath to be natural.

You're welcome to add a gentle constriction at the back of the throat,

Creating a soft,

Ocean-like sound within your breath.

Notice the coolness of the air as you inhale.

And the warmth as you exhale.

Visualize your breath as the ocean's tide.

Gentle,

Persistent,

Yet rhythmic.

As you breathe in,

Imagine the tide coming in slowly,

Steadily,

Filling the shore with calming energy.

And as you breathe out,

Hear the gentle ocean sound as the tide recedes,

Carrying away any remaining stress or tension.

Picture yourself standing on a quiet beach at dawn.

The sky is soft,

And the ocean waves move in a timeless dance.

With each breath in,

Imagine the tide rising,

Creating the sensation of expansion and renewal.

And with each exhalation,

See the tide falling away,

Carrying with it any heaviness that remains.

And allow your breath,

Like the ocean,

To be steady and nurturing.

If the breath on its own wants to naturally deepen,

Allow that to happen.

A nice,

Slow inhale draws in the calm energy of the sea.

Visualize the water gently caressing the shore,

Renewing the sand with fresh,

Healing energy.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the water receding,

Leaving the shore refreshed,

Cleansed,

And ready for a new cycle.

Trust in this natural rhythm,

Knowing that,

Just like the tide,

You have a natural ebb and flow,

Moments of gentle gathering and moments of gentle release.

And imagine the breath softening just a little bit more.

Feel it land with a sense of calmness,

Just like the ocean.

Remain in this space of quiet awareness for a little while longer.

Feel gratitude for this inner ocean that continually supports you,

Ebbing and flowing with each breath cycle.

And I invite you to remain on this quiet beach for as long as you would like.

And whenever you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the space in which you rest.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Take one final deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Holding onto the calm,

Constant rhythm of the ocean within you as you slowly open your eyes.
