Hi everyone and welcome to my insights and meditations.
Today I will do a simple breathing meditation with you to help calm your energy and your busy mind.
Often when we feel overwhelmed,
The last thing we feel like doing is slowing down,
But in fact it's the only thing that's going to help you come back to this present moment to find the clarity and to give your space,
Your body space to heal and become peaceful again.
Find a quiet still place inside or outside.
Stand up straight so that your breathing is full and even.
Relax your shoulders and close your eyes.
I will take you through three different breathing techniques.
Let us begin.
Bring your awareness inside and take a deep breath in and out through your mouth.
Breathe in,
Hold for one.
Breathe out.
Breathe in and hold for two.
Breathe out.
Breathe in and hold for three.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and hold for four.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and hold for five.
And breathe out.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your body.
Bring your awareness inside again.
Breathe in and say the words,
I surrender.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I let go.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am present.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am aware.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am listening.
And breathe out.
Bring your awareness inside again.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am love.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am abundant.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am light.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am peace.
And breathe out.
Breathe in and say the words,
I am joy.
And breathe out.
Take a full deep breath in again.
Hold and breathe out.
Letting go and relax your body completely.
Take some time now to listen deeply,
To nurture and to find the clarity that you were seeking.
