In this guided meditation, I will help you sit in stillness and question your next step. I encourage you to feel what is right for you, rather than what you think should happen. Hi everyone and welcome to my podcast.

When we are making decisions in our life,

Whether they are small or big decisions,

We go straight to our heads and try and figure out the pros and the cons and how we're going to work it out in this new pathway.

However what I have learned many times over is that before I go to the hows and the whys of my decision,

I firstly need to go to the yes or no in my heart space.

And I do that by questioning my intuition and deep feelings in stillness.

In this meditation I will guide you into your heart space to receive the answers that you need and with patience and stillness the heart always reveals what decision is needed for your highest good.

Firstly I would like to honour and acknowledge the original owners and ancestors of this land,

The jagora and the turbule.

Find a comfortable quiet space,

Preferably in nature or if not inside in a quiet room.

Allow your body to settle and when you're ready take a deep breath in and down.

Take a deep breath in again and hold and out.

Relax your shoulders.

Soften your face.

Open your brow.

Allow your lower back,

Hips and legs to sink into the earth.

Adjust your posture.

Take another deep breath in and hold for three.

And breathe out and relax your body.

Relax your arms.

Relax your legs and your feet.

Although your mind may be busy,

Allow your breath and your body to relax and soften into the stillness,

Into this moment.

Come into your heart space.

Relax your hands over your chest.

And feel the rise and the fall of your breath.

With each out breath relax your shoulders and your body again.

When you are ready,

Place your hands back down into your lap.

Again focus on your heart.

Let that part of you with your breath soften again.

Simply go to your mind with the decision that you're needing to make about life,

Relationships,

Work or a new way of being.

And ask yourself this question in this stillness,

In this calm,

What would love do?

Let that question sit with you.

This question opens up your intuition,

Your heart space,

Your inner knowing.

Your body will never lie,

Your body,

Your soul and your inner most deepest part knows the truth for every situation that you are in.

And when we ask the question,

What would love do?

Feel into the answer for you.

When you make this decision,

Is it about ego?

Is it about getting what you want and not what you need?

When you make this decision,

How will it affect others?

Soften your shoulders and your body as you work through these feelings.

Soften your brow.

In the stillness in this moment,

There is deep wisdom.

Love is inclusive.

Love is for the highest good of everyone.

It's not always an easy decision to know what love would do.

But you can be confident to know that in that space,

Love may challenge you.

It may ask you to step into the unknown.

It may ask you to step up in courage and do things that are uncomfortable.

But love will also support you on the highest level.

Love will connect you to abundance and the needs that you have.

Love will challenge you to let go of the old stories and step into the new,

Highest potential stories within you.

It is in the stillness that you will feel and face the fears that perhaps are stopping you from making the right decision.

That is showing you perhaps that you do not trust in life.

Trust in the support and love of life,

But rather in the distrust and the fears that drive you to make the wrong decisions.

We all hold immense power,

Strength and courage.

We all hold the ability to face our fears and do what is right for us,

Standing in our truth.

Practice sitting in this stillness,

In this place where you find your deepest sense of self.

Where you'll find deep understanding and the answers.

Take some time now to journal your feelings and your thoughts about this decision.

No matter which way you decide to go,

There will always be uncertainty.

However,

Once you step towards that decision and you feel the flow and openness of it,

You will know that that is the right one to take.

If you feel resistance or difficulties as you move towards the other way,

That is how you know that perhaps it might not be the way to go.

Trust that you know.

Trust that the universe will support the right decision for you.

In the stillness,

In the quiet,

You will hear.

No matter what you do,

There will always be uncertainty.
