This guided meditation will help ground and balance your energy. Often when we feel overwhelmed or our fears take over, our base chakra can become contracted and blocked and this stops the flow of life and abundance moving into our lives. Take the time to nurture yourself today, allow healing, and awaken the truth within you. Namaste, Karen Lang

Welcome everybody to my meditations and insights.

In today's meditation I will take you on a journey where you will feel grounded and safe again.

Often in life we feel like the foundations have been taken beneath our feet and that life has no direction.

When we surrender into our vulnerabilities and uncertainties we will find peace.

Find a quiet place inside or in nature.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Take a deep breath in again and out.

Relax your shoulders.

Soften your jaw and your brow.

Close your eyes.

Take another deep breath in and out.

Focus and become aware of the ground underneath you.

Feel the support of this earth and this foundation beneath you.

No matter what we are experiencing in life,

No matter how many stories our mind will convince us are true,

We need to come back to our strength and the support of our foundations in life.

Mother Earth ancestors,

Spirit guides and angels are always around us.

Our job is to take the time to connect to this expansive energy.

Focus on the base of your spine and imagine like roots in a solid big oak tree,

They are running down back into the earth.

Take a deep breath in and release what it is that you are holding onto at the moment,

Whether it be your fears,

Not knowing the future or not knowing what direction.

Allow these feelings to be here,

But breathe them back out deep down into the earth.

Keep breathing in and out.

Visualize these heavy energies moving through those roots of the tree down through all the layers of Mother Earth.

The Native Americans call the heavy energy within us hoocha.

And they have a saying hoocha mi gwee,

Where we breathe and we release this energy back to mother.

Energy is always moving through our body and when we take the time to release it and draw in and fill ourselves with pure new energy,

The cycle can continue and we can move through back into the flow of life.

Take another deep breath in and relax every part of your body.

Relax your arms,

Your hands,

Your feet.

Relax your legs into this moment.

I want you to imagine now there is a beam of light above your crown chakra.

Allow this beam of light now to move through the crown,

Cleansing and releasing any other energy or blockages through your brow,

Through your throat chakra,

Your heart,

Down your shoulders and your arms into your hands,

Down through your solar plexus,

Sacral chakra,

Base chakra,

Down through your legs and out through your feet.

Take a deep breath in and see this vortex of light and peace coming through your crown chakra again.

Keep breathing in the light and breathing out the hucha.

Allow it to move down again and again.

When we take the time to focus on the earth,

Releasing and grounding in this moment,

We remember who we are.

We remember that we will receive what we need.

We will remember that we can trust in life.

And don't let your fears take over your thoughts and your energy.

Above you is now a star of healing light.

The energy and the vibration of this star opens up to all healing within you.

Trust that this can happen over time when you allow yourself to connect to these sources of energy,

Of light and love.

Allow yourself to draw this healing star into your heart chakra.

Let it expand and heal your heart.

Heal the trauma of the past and the wounds of rejection and abandonment.

Allow this expansiveness to stay within you and be patient as you begin to let this light in and heal the wounds from your past.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Never underestimate your ability to change this moment for the better.

And always ask for support when you need it.

Spend a few minutes now in silence,

Listening for any messages of wisdom and peace.

Namaste.

Om.

Ah.

Om.
