Hi everyone and welcome to my podcast.

In today's episode I will be doing a breath meditation but first I would like to honor and acknowledge the original owners and ancestors of this land the jaggery and the turbule.

Find a comfortable space inside or outside.

Allow your body to adjust and relax into this space.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Soften your shoulders.

Soften your jaw.

Soften your eyes and your brow.

Breathe in for three and hold.

Breathe out for five.

Breathe in for three and hold.

Breathe out for five.

And last time.

Breathe in for three and hold.

Breathe out for five.

Again,

Sink into the earth more deeply.

Relax your legs.

Relax your arms.

Your abdomen.

Relax your feet.

Soften your shoulders again.

This time breathe in as deeply as you can.

Breathe into the full capacity that your lungs can hold and breathe out gently.

Again,

Breathe in.

Breathe in as deeply as you can into your lungs and note where there's any resistance to fully breathe in.

And again,

Gently breathe out.

Last time,

Breathe into your fullest capacity and out gently.

Feel how your body is starting to soften with each breath.

Soften your shoulders.

Soften your face.

With each out breath,

Feel how your body is relaxing and sinking more deeply into this moment.

Allow your mind to wander but have no judgment on this practice.

Have no judgment on yourself.

Become aware of your base chakra at the bottom of your spine.

Imagine there are cords like root chakras from a tree coming out deep into the earth.

Visualize these cords moving down through all the layers of the earth from your base chakra.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Soften your face.

Soften your brow.

I want you to imagine these roots are coming into a cave deep down to the earth and inside the cave is a quartz crystal sitting in the middle.

I want you to visualize these roots and cords wrapping around this light-filled crystal.

This crystal is full of energy,

Of love and light.

Surrounding this cave is a creek where there is water,

The source of all life.

With a deep breath in,

I want you to visualize this light-filled energy from this quartz crystal coming up through your feet,

Through your legs,

Through your base chakra,

Up through your body,

Bringing light and energy with each breath,

Up through your heart,

Your throat,

Up through your brow and out through the top of your head.

Imagine this light-filled energy now cascading over your body like a dome of peace,

Like a dome of light and love.

Let this light-filled energy encompass everything that is heavy.

Let this light-filled energy relax every part of your being.

Take a deep breath in and out and again in and out Soften your hands,

Soften your shoulders,

Soften your face.

Now take your focus to the top of your head where your crown chakra is.

Visualize a white cord going above you and at the top of the cord you'll see an eagle.

Visualize yourself traveling up high with this eagle.

Let the eagle take you on the journey to the upper worlds of the Sun and the Moon,

To the star energies,

To the planets.

Relax your shoulders,

Soften your face as you move gently with eagle.

Allow yourself to expand and see life from a higher perspective,

To see your life with more clarity and clearer vision.

Take a deep breath in.

Feel your body and your mind expand with eagle.

Let the wisdom of your higher self and the upper world bring that energy back now through your crown chakra,

Through your brow,

Down through your throat,

Your heart,

Your abdomen,

Down through your legs and out through your feet.

Take another deep breath in and out gently.

Allow your body to be present in this moment,

To feel and see what it needs to be shown.

Allow yourself space now to see how the breath has opened and relaxed your mind and body.

Spend some time in stillness now and for understanding all that was shown to you during this meditation.
