Welcome to my meditations and insights.

Find a still quiet place.
Take a deep breath in and out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your abdomen.
Soften your brow.
Take another deep breath in and out gently.
Allow your body to relax into this moment.
Allow your body to soften into the space that you're sitting.
When we live from our heart space and not from our old stories and our wounds,
We are able to see life through the lens of compassion,
Non-judgment and love.
For this to happen,
We have to create a practice.
For this to happen,
We have to unravel what we've been taught and conditioned to do in times of stress and overwhelm.
Take another deep breath in and out.
Drop into your heart space.
Let go of your thoughts for the moment.
And we drop into our heart space by focusing on the things that we love and love to do.
So let me ask you,
What is it that you love?
You may want to start by who do you love?
Think of the people that you love.
Think of the people that you care about deeply.
Think about the people that are there by your side.
Focus on that love.
Focus on that feeling that you have when you're near them.
Our practice is to go beyond the physical and into the inner temple of our hearts.
Focus on some of the things you love to do.
What is the feeling that you get when you're doing those things?
What arises in you and expands in you when you think about those things?
What gives you passion and excitement about life?
Each time you remember and your body memory opens up to that feeling of love,
Expand it again.
What is it about you that you love?
What is it about what you can do and give in life that you love?
Stay in this beautiful place of love.
Stay in this still place within your heart.
And if you struggle with any of these questions,
Allow yourself to remember what it feels like to be loved.
Remember the feeling of being loved,
Of receiving that from another.
You may find that sense of love or connection in nature.
Remember what that feels like.
Remember we are connected and abundant in every moment.
The reason why we don't feel like that is because we've disconnected and we aren't aligned with that source of love and abundance.
Our minds will constantly pull us away with a story of why we don't deserve or why we don't get what we need.
But our job isn't to work out why that's happening.
Our job is to focus on love and what we can do for ourselves and doing the things that we love.
Breathe in that feeling of love now and breathe out the stories and the thoughts that take you away from that place.
Breathe in that feeling of love and breathe out what no longer serves you.
What you would imagine now in the inner chamber of your heart.
The door is opening and inside has been an eagle that has been trapped.
Trapped from the freedom of experiencing this abundance and fullness of life.
See yourself open this gate to your heart and allow the eagle to be released into the sky,
Into the expansiveness where there are no limitations or barriers.
See and feel yourself as this eagle rising above every situation that you're in.
Rising above the feelings and the thoughts that take you away from this love.
Love everything about life.
See all the good things,
The good people,
The moments,
The smiles that give you hope.
And feel the freedom of this eagle as it expands its wings and moves through life from a higher perspective.
Allow yourself this freedom.
Allow yourself this space to absorb and receive the love that you need or need to focus on.
I want you to imagine now that this eagle has landed on the top of a mountain.
It's felt the air beneath its wings.
It's felt the power again and the strength that it has to feel this freedom each time he soars.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Remembering who you are.
Remembering the strength that you have to focus and change your thoughts just in a few minutes.
Remember you are loved and you are never ever alone.
I want you to leave the eagle on top of the mountain and come back to your body.
And I want you to imagine that there's a rainbow light just above your crown chakra at the top of your head.
And imagine that there's rainbow light and love now basking you in this love in this moment.
Feel this beautiful light and love immerse every part of your body from the top of your crown to the bottom of your feet.
Stay here and bask in this beautiful immersion of love.
Focus only on the light and the love that surrounds you right now.
And may you never ever forget that it's always here for you to receive.
