Hi everyone and welcome to my insights and meditations.
No matter what experience we are having in life,
When we take the time to stop,
Listen and nurture these feelings or suffering within us,
We have an opportunity to connect to the fullness and the healing around us.
In the Celtic tradition,
Time is depicted as a wheel,
As in many other indigenous traditions,
Always turning and moving through the cycles and seasons of life.
These changes in us have wisdom and an opportunity to learn,
To make better choices and to find freedom through all the experiences that we are given,
Rather than resisting the reality of what is going on.
Let's take the time now to breathe,
Acknowledge this and find some space to move it through our body.
Find a nice quiet place either inside or outside in nature.
Take a deep breath in and out through your mouth.
Again take another deep breath in and this time as you breathe out,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your brow,
Relax your body.
Surrender to everything that is happening within you at the moment.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Bring your awareness inside and find the area in your body that is hurting,
That is tight or your feelings have been blocked.
Become aware of this area in your body and gently bring your breath into this area,
Imagining each time you breathe into this part of your body,
It's expanding in light-filled energy,
Love and nurturing.
Gently breathe into this part of your body,
Relaxing your shoulders and your body with each out breath.
Now the next breath that you breathe into this part of your body,
Imagine that it is expanding.
It's now filled with light and you're going to breathe out what is heavy,
What is painful or what you've been holding onto.
Breathe it out down through your base chakra,
The base of your spine and back into the earth.
Keep breathing this energy out of your body,
Allowing it to be released in this moment.
Close your eyes and see this part of your body is expanded and in a light-filled energy.
Take a deep breath in as you expand your heart and your body again,
Creating affirmations like I am healed.
I am whole.
I am one with life.
Open our energy and allow us to connect back to the fullness in this moment.
Ask your spirit guides,
Ancestors and higher beings to be with you now and help you remember when you pause,
Nurture and let go.
You have the ability to shift out of the situation or suffering that you're in.
Take some time now to listen,
Nurture and receive the answers that you need.
