This gentle act of asking begins to shift resistance into readiness and fear into trust.

When we resist or avoid sensation, it often grows stronger; but when we meet it with full presence and curiosity, it can finally release and let us go.

You’ll be guided to create your own personalized list of tools, so you’ll always have a gentle path back to balance when emotions arise.
