Each day, you’ll be guided through one simple step, helping you gradually build a practice of feeling and healing from within. By the end, you’ll have an embodied, sustainable way to welcome your emotions and return to calm, wholeness, and peace.


Meet your Teacher

Tamara Zoner is an award-winning speaker, happiness trainer, (RYT-200) yoga teacher, and Reiki Master Teacher who blends the science of well-being with the wisdom of spiritual practice. After cultivating the courage to leave a 15-year abusive marriage, she began sharing the same practical tools that helped her heal and rediscover joy. With warmth and authenticity, Tamara teaches others how to cultivate clarity, compassion, and inner peace through her Radiant Happiness programs, retreats, and courses.

Instead of holding your breath or pulling away, you’ll gently breathe into what you’re feeling—bringing calm, presence, and safety to the moment. You’ll be invited to explore square breathing or any rhythm that helps you stay open and connected to yourself.

Lesson 3

Opening To Your Feelings

In this lesson, you’ll practice asking for support in opening to what you feel. Because our instinct is often to avoid or suppress emotions, we sometimes need help staying present with them. You’ll be invited to ask—whether it’s your higher self, Source, or simply the feeling itself—for the willingness to remain open and curious. This gentle act of asking begins to shift resistance into readiness and fear into trust.

Honor Your Feelings

In this lesson, you’ll learn to honor your emotions by giving them a voice. All feelings want to be felt, seen, and heard—just like we do. Here, you’ll begin naming what’s present: “I’m angry.” “I’m grieving.” “I’m disappointed.” By putting words to your experience, you acknowledge your truth and allow emotional energy to move through you, rather than staying trapped inside.

Fully Feeling Into The Body And Sensations

In this lesson, you’ll be guided to move into sensation rather than away from it—like a needle passing gently through fabric. As you bring awareness directly into what you feel, you may notice that the intensity begins to soften or even dissolve. When we resist or avoid sensation, it often grows stronger; but when we meet it with full presence and curiosity, it can finally release and let us go.

Shifting Your Energy

In this lesson, you’ll explore the supportive tools that help you shift your energy after you’ve fully felt and honored your emotions. Once the feeling has been acknowledged, you can choose practices that nurture calm and clarity—like breathwork, movement, music, prayer, journaling, or connecting with a friend. You’ll be guided to create your own personalized list of tools, so you’ll always have a gentle path back to balance when emotions arise.

Clear Communication Is Key

In this final lesson, you’ll learn how to communicate from a place of calm, clarity, and compassion—whether you’re speaking to yourself or another. Once emotions have been fully felt and processed, your heart and mind can align, allowing your words to flow with honesty and kindness. Clear communication becomes possible only after we’ve tended to what’s within. Here, you’ll practice expressing your truth with openness and love.
