Tamara Zoner

Tamara is an award-winning speaker, Happiness Trainer, and RYT-200 yoga teacher on a mission to create greater happiness in the world. She teaches individuals and groups how to navigate life’s transitions and cultivate peace, purpose, and well-being. A devoted yogi for over 30 years, Tamara lives her practice on and off the mat, weaving together yoga, meditation, breathwork, and gratitude to help others reconnect with their authentic selves. She lovingly guides students to lean into their feelings rather than push them away, and to notice the power of the language they use—both out loud and in their own minds—in shaping their life experience. When we become aware of the patterns that hold us back, we can choose new actions, create lasting change, and build a life we truly love. Tamara is a passionate advocate for self-love, believing that when we care for ourselves deeply and authentically, that love naturally overflows into how we care for and serve others.
