Eric has been immersed in the outdoors all of his life, through all forms of physical and spiritual activities. The palpable energy force that emanates from nature has allowed him to transform and manifest an ideal lifestyle. As a nature-connected coach and breathwork specialist, he intends to collaborate with nature and act as a guide to help the listener navigate through their inner wilderness; to healing, fulfillment, wholeness, and a soul-directed lifestyle.

In this lesson, we are going to be doing the Igniter Breath. This is a dynamic breathing technique that involves forceful inhalations and exhalations to help stimulate and energize the body and mind. This technique is introduced in this course as a temperature regulator and will aid in heating the body in cold environments.

Altitude Training - Buteyko Technique

The Buteyko Method is introduced in this lesson as a means to improve carbon dioxide tolerance. This is a technique that focuses on shallow, gentle breathing, along with breath holds, to improve oxygen utilization, reduce the negative effects of over-breathing, and condition you for higher altitude performance.

As an intermediate breathwork practioner, I found a lot of value from this course. The Buteyko Method for altitude conditioning and Dynamic Circular Breathing were my favorite sessions.
