Five For Five: Five Short Exercises For Five Life Situations

With Lucia Babina

I offer five exercises that are based on my life experiences and radical observation. The exercises are meant to activate our inner powers in order to respond consciously to daily necessities. If these exercises are practiced on a regular basis, with intention and precision, our physical, mental, and energetic bodies will be prepared to use proper and integrated effective tools for unlimited and almost instant well-being in many circumstances. These exercises respond to five primary situations of every day: waking up, sleeping, focusing, inner peace, and toxic thoughts. This knowledge can contribute to building a library of magic toolkits for our self-realization.

Exercise 2: For Sleeping

This exercise is meant to clean and refresh the energy around us and our aura which protects us from bad night experiences or nightmares.

Lesson 3

Exercise 3: For Focusing

Our mind has the general tendency to easily drift away from no matter what we do. Our average concentration span in the recent years has been shrinking more and more. We need to learn how to stop the restlessness of the mind and enter into a state of inner calm. This exercise calms our cerebral activity, sharpens our perceptions and allows us, with time, to move from mental alertness to awareness.
