This is crucial to setting goals you truly want and can commit to. You’ll also discover the core values that act as your inner compass. At the end, we’ll prioritize your goals in terms of time and importance.

Building Your Support Network

Today’s exercises will focus on helping you to build your support network, so you can draw strength from the right people. You’ll identify a role model, other people or experts and a feedback buddy to help you stay on track when you start taking action.

You’ll pin down the key conditions that helped you to thrive and identify any emerging themes. Fear, Sacrifice, And Temptation
We’ll start with a short meditation and breathing exercise. You’ll continue looking inward and identify any lingering fears about your ability to achieve something. I’ll help you get a strategy in place to minimize the negative impact of future actions and plan ahead if things don’t go as planned. You’ll also learn which sacrifices and temptations to look out for and how to overcome these stumbling blocks.

Getting Specific

You’ll make each of your conscious goals super specific by drilling down to the details and visualizing your road to success. So you’ll have a clear idea of what you’ll be doing, where you’ll be and who will be with you.

Planning For Action
We’ll start with our usual short meditation and relaxation exercise. Today, we’re getting to the fun part – action planning. This is the HOW part of goal setting, but with a twist. You’ll learn how to use a powerful technique that’s favored by many successful people, including Mount Everest climbers. With your timeline in place, you’ll define what you need to do at each stage to ultimately achieve your conscious goals.

Conscious Check In
After a short meditation and breathing exercise, I’ll help you to build in your feedback loop. You’ll review your support network and decide on the feedback style, frequency and setting that’s right for you. We’ll also do an in-depth review of your action plan to iron out any issues before you take your first step forward. You’ll then have everything in place to start your journey to success.

Moving Forward
We’ll start with a quick recap of our learnings to date and conclude with a powerful visualization meditation that’s based on the Metta Bhawana or Loving-Kindness practice. This part of the course is designed to boost your confidence and help you visualize your success going forward. I’ll guide you through moments of achievement, moments that sparked true happiness, neutral moments and the moment when you achieve your first conscious goal.
