The people with whom we relate are bathed in our reflection: of who we are, of our fears, of our weaknesses, of our shadows. These are our teachers, especially when something about them bothers us. Through the Law of the Mirror, we will see our reflection, so that we can heal it. They will be presented to us in different cases. We will detect what situation is reflecting us and we will heal it through practice. Once it is healed and transformed, what the other reflects on us will no longer bother us and, consequently, the same situation will no longer be reflected. To quote Jiddu's phrase: "The only real and lasting relationship we will have throughout our life is the relationship we have with ourselves. The rest of the relationships are nothing more than a game of mirrors and projections". Why do certain people's comments make us uncomfortable? Why does it bother us when a certain person says a single "hello"? Why can't we stand to be contradicted? Why do we judge certain reactions or behaviors of other people? Why do we see our partner so differently than when we first met them, and why is it that what we loved about them now makes us angry? The Law of the Mirror and its mechanism can reveal all these unknowns. The outer world acts as a mirror, reflecting both our light and our shadow, being a portrait of our inner world. What happens in our life is nothing more than a mirror that reflects our heart. This law can give us clues about how to face the difficulties of our existence. If we look at what is happening in our life, we can discover what our heart is feeling right now, which will allow us to find clues that will help us to improve. Thanks to it, we can realize how we feel and we also have the opportunity to change. Applying this law serves you as personal self-knowledge, making conscious the unconscious, discovering and healing your shadow and freeing you from that which is generating suffering. You will move away from the extremes in your life to the center, to the balance where your peace is. Let's look at situations in which the law of the mirror reflects your shadow or something that you have to heal. We will cover some more, but the 4 main ones are: The mirror reflects similarities to you.The mirror reflects the opposite side. The mirror reflects what you do to others. The mirror reflects an idealization. Now, let's begin.
