This is a meditation dedicated to you as a woman.
It is called an appointment with yourself.
It goes for all those women who dedicate their time to others.
In this meditation,
I want you to dedicate that time to you.
To be with you,
To take care of your needs,
And to connect with your inner self to see what you need,
What is happening in your life.
It is a meditation to stop the automatic and be aware of the present moment.
So when you feel ready,
Choose a place,
It can be in your house or it can be a park,
Wherever you want.
A place where you can be quiet,
Where no one will disturb you for at least 10 minutes.
Let's begin with the exercises.
Adopt a comfortable posture.
It does not have to be seated or the lotus flower.
It is a moment for you.
So stretch out if you want to.
First sit or stretch out on a bed in the most comfortable position for you.
This is a pampering meditation,
So give your body what it needs at this moment.
Let's get started with the visualization when you found the optimum position for you.
You are going to close your eyes.
You are going to feel the weight of your body,
The gravity.
And you are going to enjoy it and that feeling of heaviness and that feeling of relaxation of your muscles.
You are going to focus on your breathing and you are going to be aware of how your breathing is at this moment.
If it is calm,
If it is deep or if on the contrary it is faster,
It is more choppy.
And if you are going to accept it as it is without judging yourself and without trying to change it.
Without judging yourself and without trying to change it.
Start to notice how your whole body relaxes.
You can open your mouth a little so that your jaw relaxes and you notice how your whole face relaxes.
You loosen your neck,
Your back,
Your lower back and legs.
And little by little you enter into a state of relaxation.
And you continue breathing and you return to your breathing.
And you realize if it is now calmer,
Slower or still the same.
And you return to accept the breath,
Whatever it is.
If a thought comes to you,
You let it go as if it were the waves in the sea which reach the shore and break up and new waves are created again.
Just as thoughts come and go.
But they are not you.
They are clouds or temporary waves.
But they are not your sky.
Go to the breath without judging and with a pleasant and loving attitude towards yourself.
Now I want you to visualize yourself going on a date where you know you are going to meet the most special person in your life which is yourself.
Think about what you would wear,
What perfume you would use.
How do you feel on a first date with someone very special?
Someone you know is going to be with you all your life.
And that person is yourself.
Imagine that date.
What place would you choose?
Maybe a trip,
A restaurant,
A coffee shop.
Go to that place.
And suddenly you enter that place and you see yourself waiting for you.
You make a gesture to yourself,
A smile.
And you ask yourself to come to you and from a situation of equality.
You are seeing yourself in the present.
And start to connect with how you feel right now in your life in this moment.
What do you need?
What are you missing?
And from that person that is you and that you know yourself more than anyone else,
Can you give yourself advice?
What advice would you give yourself?
Short advice that is forceful and you feel it in two words or in one if it is strong enough.
The words can be happy,
Live,
Rest.
What word resonates more with you?
What word makes your heart vibrate?
What word,
What advice do you need right now?
And you receive that advice and you open your chest to receive it in your body and feel it.
And you say to yourself,
I'm going to listen to you.
I need you.
I need you to keep going.
I will stop and I will dedicate a few moments to me,
To take care of me,
To give me love,
To caress me,
To give me affection and to listen to me.
And from there,
I'm going to be able to give the same to others because I'm going to be healthy.
I'm going to be happy.
I'm going to be joyful and I'm going to take care of myself properly.
And from there,
I'm going to be able to give it to others.
Therefore,
I'm going to be a priority in my life.
And breathe it in.
Breathe in all those messages to yourself,
All your care,
All your love,
And stay in the moments with you.
Maybe you feel like caressing yourself.
Maybe you feel like self-hugging.
Whatever comes up,
Give it to you and stay with you for as long as it takes.
And when you feel ready,
You can start to move a little.
Open your eyes little by little to notice the sounds around you,
To notice the temperature of your body,
And to come back to this present moment with yourself and with this advice.
