Becoming Weightless is a 12-week journey of inner transformation — helping you release long-held food struggles, soothe survival-mode eating patterns, and build a deep sense of safety and trust in your body. Through weekly teachings, guided sleep meditations, and reflective practices, you’ll gently reprogram the subconscious patterns that have kept you in cycles of self-sabotage, emotional eating, and body frustration. As you shift your inner identity to someone who feels free, embodied, and at peace with food, healthy choices begin to feel natural — and excess weight can finally release without force, shame, or restriction. By the end, you’ll not only feel lighter physically, but more empowered, nourished, and connected to the version of you who feels truly weightless — in body, mind, and spirit.


Meet your Teacher

Nicole is a certified life coach and trained in hypnosis & pleasure practices who specializes in helping women heal their relationship with themselves, and to reconnect with their self worth. Through her work, she weaves together mindfulness-based practices, nervous system awareness, and gentle subconscious support to help people feel safe and confident in their bodies again. She creates supportive experiences that guide students toward emotional balance, self-trust, and inner freedom.
