Hello love,

I'm so glad you're here.

Maybe this found you at a point where you feel like you're going through so much and you just feel very alone.

I want to assure you that you are not alone.

I understand that maybe you've been holding so much,

You've been balancing everything and feeling as though nobody notices how much you do,

How much you're carrying.

That's so hard.

I so appreciate that you keep going no matter what.

You are amazing and so lovable.

It's important that you know that even if you choose to take a rest.

That you're taking care of yourself does not steal from others.

That you're putting your needs first is important and it's valid.

Your needs matter.

Your desires matter.

How you feel matters.

And although you may feel like you're barely keeping your head above water or you're struggling so much to succeed in the way that you wish you were,

I want you to know that you're doing better than you think.

Perhaps you might want to close your eyes for a minute to let this soak in.

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You are loved.

And your needs matter.

Go ahead and take a breath and let that soak in.

It's so important that you know how important you are.

Now allow yourself to just take a moment and breathe it in so that the next time you're struggling,
