Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Before you go any deeper,

Allow yourself to settle in.

Find a position that feels effortless,

Supported,

As though the earth herself has cupped her hands beneath you and said,

You can rest now.

Let this be your sanctuary.

This is your sacred cocoon.

You are safe here.

You are held here.

And nothing is required of you,

But simply being.

Now let's begin by bringing all of your awareness to your breath.

No need to change it just yet.

Just noticing.

Feel the air moving in through your nose.

Cool.

And feel it leave through your mouth.

Soothing.

Now gently begin to extend your exhale just a little longer and even softer than before.

Let's do that again.

Inhale,

Ease.

Exhale,

Tension.

And again,

Inhale into your chest,

Into your belly.

And exhale down your spine,

Out through your toes.

Allow your breath to flow like a wave,

Washing through you,

Smoothing out everything in its path.

Now imagine a warm,

Golden light above your head.

This light is soft.

It shimmers like sunlight through silk.

And it holds the exact frequency your body needs to release,

To release,

To restore,

To remember its natural rhythm of peace.

This light begins to pour gently over the crown of your head.

And as it touches your scalp,

Any gripping melts away,

Unwinding the tiny muscles behind your eyes.

It drips down your cheeks,

Loosening your jaw.

It soothes the back of your neck,

Releasing the weight you've carried without even realizing.

And this golden light down your shoulders,

Softening,

Softening.

Let your shoulders melt like wax in warm water,

Nothing to carry here.

This is your sacred cocoon.

The light moves down your arms,

Over your elbows,

Your wrists,

Into the palms of your hands.

With each breath,

Your body gets heavier and softer.

And the golden warmth flows down your spine now,

Each vertebrae sighing into place.

Your nervous system,

This intelligent river of energy is being bathed in calm.

This light is your permission slip to let go.

It moves through your belly now,

Not trying to hold or hide or brace.

It's simply allowed to be soft and expansive.

Your hips relax,

Your thighs grow heavy,

And you render into the ground,

You fully supported.

Now in your mind's eye,

Imagine you are inside a cocoon,

Not tight or constricting,

But perfectly woven for your healing,

Glowing with golden light from within.

And it pulses gently with the rhythm of your breath.

This is a place of deep restoration,

A space where your body can do what it was designed to do.

Heal,

Restore.

You don't have to make anything happen just by being here.

Your body is already listening.

Your cells are recalibrating.

Your breath is returning to its natural rhythm.

Your heart is beating in time with peace.

In this sacred cocoon,

You are safe to let go.

You are safe to receive.

You are safe to rest.

And as your body continues to soften,

Listen as these words gently sink into your awareness.

I no longer need to carry what was never mine.

I release the weight of urgency and pressure.

I am designed to rest.

My nervous system is intelligent,

And I trust it to return to harmony.

It is safe to feel calm.

It is safe to feel still.

It is safe to feel good.

My breath is my sanctuary.

Each inhale,

Open space.

Each exhale,

Brings me deeper.

There is nothing to fix,

Nothing to prove,

Nothing to perfect.

Rest is holy,

And I am worthy of it.

The more I soften,

The more I heal,

The more whole I become.

Let yourself linger here now,

In stillness,

In safety,

In this golden cocoon of healing.

Let the music,

The energy,

Gently ripple through your body like waves washing against the shore.

If you find your mind wandering,

That's okay.

Just come back to the soft rhythm of your breath.

Let this quiet.

And remember,

You can carry this softness with you like a silk robe of peace,

Wrapped around your body,

Like the memory of safety woven into your skin.

You can return to this cocoon anytime you need it.

It lives inside you,

And it is always,

Always available.
