This is a special practice to get clear on your intention so you can lead in the vibration of what you want in life.

Oftentimes when you have a break in your values,

It's easy to fall into the trap of focusing on what you don't want,

Like I don't want to feel like this or I hate dealing with this.

So today's practice is to help gently guide you back into what you do want so you can attract that in.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment and slowly exhale.

Feel your breath anchoring you in presence,

In clarity,

In purpose.

Take another deep breath in,

This time breathing in awareness and focus,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension or scattered thoughts.

Now bring to mind something in your life that you're focused on what you don't want to have happen.

Whether it's with yourself,

Your relationships,

Work or otherwise,

Just notice what comes forward.

What are you telling yourself about this situation that's keeping you stuck?

What limiting beliefs are associated to it?

Simply notice them without judgment and then forgive yourself for focusing on what you don't want.

Forgive yourself for choosing what's not serving you and now choose again by reframing your focus on what you do want.

Don't want to feel overwhelmed?

Perfect.

Set your intention to be grounded,

Aligned and take things one step at a time.

Don't want to deal with others issues?

Great.

Set your intention to set healthy boundaries to protect your energy.

Find the other side of the situation to focus on what you desire and make your intention clear.

Use the framework,

My intention is to blank so that I can feel blank.

With your hand on your heart space,

Silently repeat,

My intention leads the way.

Feel this truth settling within you,

Creating space for clarity,

Confidence and mindful communication.

Take one final deep breath in,

Anchoring into your intention and exhale,

Feeling steady,

Clear and ready to lead with purpose.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying this energy of thoughtful communication and authentic expression into your day.

Your words have power,

Your intent leads the way.

You got this.
