The Feminine Power Center Meditation is a great way to come back to your feminine energy.
Take a moment to get comfortable and sit with your back straight on a cushion or chair.
Close your eyes and gently bow your chin in.
Deepen your breath a little and breathe smoothly in and out of the nostrils.
As you inhale,
The breath is rising.
As you exhale,
The breath is falling.
Notice that when you focus on your breath,
Gradually you allow the mind to become quiet.
Inhalation fills you with new energy and life force.
Exhalation allows you to soften and let go.
And now please bring all of your awareness to the pelvis area.
Imagine a ball sitting at the base of your torso,
The base of your pelvis.
This ball fills all of your pelvic area and runs all the way around the front,
The back and the side of your pelvis.
So it fills the hips,
The lower back,
The lower belly,
The base of that ball is at the perineum,
The base of your torso and the top above your navel.
Send your attention to every part of your pelvis,
To all the space inside this ball.
And notice how it feels.
Now please bring your awareness to the very center of your pelvis,
Which is your womb space.
It is about three finger width or three inches below the navel inside the pelvis.
Send all of your attention there,
Your presence to the center of this ball,
The center of your pelvis.
Imagine a small globe of light in the center of your pelvis.
Hold your attention on this light for a moment.
And remember to keep breathing.
Imagine also this globe breathing.
This globe expands with every breath in and contracts with every breath out.
The globe expands on the inhalation,
Fills your whole pelvic area with light and contracts on the exhalations.
Please continue taking soft,
Subtle and easy breaths from the center of your pelvis for the next moments.
Notice how you feel while doing that and what sensations are you aware of.
If your attention goes to a thought,
Gently bring it back to your womb space,
To this light within.
Please continue to breathe.
Gently bring it back to your womb space,
To this light within.
Please continue feeling into this light,
Expanding and contracting from the center of your pelvis.
And finally,
Simply rest your awareness in the center of your pelvis with this light inside of the pelvis.
Simply enjoy the feeling of sitting with your attention and loving presence in your womb space.
Please start coming back to the awareness of your breath.
When you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
