"Whatever one frequently thinks and ponders upon, that will become the inclination of the mind." (MN 19) This meditation is an invitation to connect with your deepest aspiration. Through four contemplations, you explore what truly moves you, what support you need, how you wish to transform, and what you long to offer. A practice of creative visualization rooted in the Buddhist tradition of right intention. Not a goal-setting exercise, but a way of letting the heart speak. Practice daily in the morning. In the evening, recall and inhabit the contemplations without the guided audio. To fully integrate, we want to develop the capacity to carry these teachings independently. Move to 1.2 once the four contemplations feel natural and alive. Part of A Path Between Worlds, a progressive contemplative training.
