This is an excerpt from one of my InsightTimer Live sessions, which generally take place on Sundays at 10am ET. I open each session with a short "warm up" meditation, often noting that there is a momentum from the previous moments and hours prior to the meditation that we work with in the meditation. The practice moves into mindfulness of the breath and body. The style is laid-back cues rather than dense instruction. There is a fair amount of silence to work with, even within this short guided meditation. I hope you find this useful for your practice!
