Hi and warm welcome to this quick lunch reboot energy meditation and I feel it's so important to a few times during the day to just check in with ourselves ground our energy and speak with our heart.
So let's start by just taking a few deep breaths and you can be standing or sitting down or maybe even lying down and make sure that when you breathe in that you go all the way down to the bottom of your stomach and as you breathe out just let it all out maybe imagine yourself breathing in a beautiful light and breathing out any stress anything that is blocking your flow and you don't have to know what it is just imagine you set your intention for it to move out then see yourself standing where you are right now and just shaking your body to release any energy that is not yours to release any energy that is holding you back making you feel uncomfortable and you can see yourself shaking it off like a dog coming out of water just removing parts that is not in your highest good and with your next breath put your hand on your heart your left or your right hand just take the hand that feels most natural to you and put it over your heart and feel yourself with gratitude to yourself maybe say thank you for making it through these days so far and just lean into the love and light that's within you and just breathe holding your hand on your heart connecting reconnecting you with your beautiful soul just observe how it feels maybe your breath is slowing down even further your shoulders come down and we take another deep breath and then ask yourself what's your next step today?
The one that comes from your heart not your mind not your ego but your heart what does it want you to do right now?
And it could be anything something small maybe a shift of thought feeling maybe it wants you to just smile and we take another deep breath and then as you exhale just imagine yourself by the end of this day in a state of peace comfort and gratitude knowing that you did your best however the day has turned out knowing that you showed up and that you moved through the day together with your heart your soul and the beautiful connection to mother earth and for the universe that is always here supporting you guiding you through your body then if you like you can say out loud or in your head my heart is open I am grounded and connected I hear my higher self clear with my body and soul and I am at peace with this day with my work my chores and we take another deep breath and imagine yourself shining a bright light out into the space where you are coming from within you and it's shining out into your day keeping you connected safe and you can set your intention for this light to be with you throughout your day now we take another deep breath you can start to come back into your body to the space where you started maybe move your hands,
Your feet,
