So warm welcome to this Pure Heart Ignition that I recorded from a live event here at Insight Timer.

And the theme we are tapping into today is Inner Peace.

Please get seated comfortable and just let's start by just feeling yourself settling in,

Leaving the day behind.

What's been,

Maybe what's to come.

Right now it's just a moment for you to relax and give yourself a moment of peace and inner stillness.

And we start by taking a few deep breaths.

Then imagine that where you are sitting or lying down that there is a pillar of red healing earth energy and it's coming from mother earth.

Moving up through you.

Around you.

Covering your body inside and out.

And continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.

And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.

Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light.

The universal energy that is coming from above.

And it's going down through you.

Around you.

Covering your body inside and out.

And continuing down into mother earth.

And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.

And we take another really deep breath.

And if you like you can set your intention for this to be a peaceful and relaxing journey.

Let your mind know that it's okay to become quiet.

There is nothing it has to soul,

Achieve or think about right now.

And let your body know that it's okay to relax.

And knowing that you are held by the surface that you are sitting or lying down upon.

And maybe focus on your breath.

As it's moving in and out of your body.

Maybe becoming slower.

Deeper.

Letting your heartbeat slow down.

And preparing yourself and your body.

For a moment of deep peace.

Peace.

Still.

Energy.

And if there are any thoughts that is trying to get your attention.

Just allow them to move through you.

Without trying to control or push.

Just let them float through you like a cloud in the sky.

And they will simmer down.

Then imagine that you are out in nature.

It could be a beautiful day or night.

And you are feeling light in your body.

Connected to your surroundings.

Whether it is a place you know or an image that just comes to you right now.

And as we are here in nature.

It's almost as if we are being held by Mother Earth in a strong,

Warm,

Loving hug.

Really grounding our body,

Our energy,

Harmonizing our vibration with this beautiful place.

On Earth.

And letting this energy hold us steady.

Forced.

As we start to travel out up into the sky.

With our energy.

And you can see yourself as a ball of light or maybe a string of light.

Or whatever shape you prefer or see.

And we are traveling up into the sky in the perfect pace for you.

Moving through the atmosphere and into the magnificent universe.

Still grounded with our body on Earth.

And as we move further into the universe.

There is a dot of light that is calling you.

Your attention.

Maybe you see it,

Sense it.

And if not,

Just let your energy move you there.

Comfortable.

And the closer you get to your light.

The more relaxed you become.

And the energy is filled with deep peace.

Relaxing your mind,

Your body.

While still being aware of the beauty around you.

As you move through the universe.

Still being aware of the moment.

But from a place of peace and quiet mindset.

And as we are getting closer to our individual dot of light.

You may start to see that it's not a dot.

It is an expanding light.

It's as big as the sun or bigger.

And it's connected to you.

To your core.

Your soul.

And we are just taking this in,

The energy.

Allowing it to harmonize with you,

Your energy that you arrive with.

Today.

And maybe you see yourself just in front of your light.

Or maybe you have a bit yet to go.

Just let whatever version be your journey for now.

And if you are in front of your light.

You are invited to.

Step into it fully.

And you have a choice.

If you don't feel up for it,

Just say no.

And continue to follow the journey.

And if you feel like you want to,

Then just say yes.

And allow yourself to become one with this light.

And maybe observe how it feels.

And allowing it to.

Release any stress.

Any anxiety.

Any worry.

That you are carrying.

Consciously or unconsciously.

Let it dissolve in this light.

Allowing you,

Your day.

To become lighter.

More peaceful.

And we take a really deep breath as we are staying here a little bit longer.

And from this space of peace.

Beauty and.

Harmony.

You might want to set an intention for.

The year that's ahead of you.

Allowing your intention to.

Build from this peaceful energy.

So we just take a moment and see if there is anything.

You like to do or.

Bring in.

Into the new year.

And by setting your intention in this space.

It has a beautiful peaceful.

Ground to grow from.

And if you can't think of something then ask your energy to.

Add something that's in your highest good for the year to come.

And when you are ready.

Know that this has been planted and you can leave it.

To the flow of the universe.

Just be open and aware of.

The signs and signals.

And we take another deep breath.

And if you like you can ask this energy.

This light that you travel to.

To join you in your day.

And nights.

Through your life.

For you to reconnect.

To your life.

At any moment where you feel.

You like to return to this peaceful space.

That you have within you.

And we start to travel back.

Through the universe.

Maybe observing how you feel in your body.

Without judgment or.

Controlling.

Just observing.

And we travel back towards.

The place in nature where you started.

Where we are grounded with our body.

And as you are returning with this beautiful energy.

Into your body in nature.

Maybe you feel that you feel different.

Or that it looks even more beautiful.

The surroundings.

And as we have returned to our body.

Mother Earth is losing her grip.

For you to return back into the space where you started.

Back into your body fully.

And if you like to stay in this energy.

Then just please turn off the sound.

Or you can join me as we travel back fully.

And we give thanks to Mother Earth.

And Father Universe.

And the higher self.

For joining us today.

And to this beautiful peaceful energy.

And you can start to come fully back into your body.

Start to move your hands.

Your feet.

Your neck.

Maybe clap your hands.

Stamp your feet.

Do a little dance.
