So warm welcome to this Sacral Chakra Meditation.
And the Sacral Chakra is your second chakra in your body or your energy center,
Where you store the energy of your life force,
Your creativity,
Your emotions,
Your sexuality and your feeling of joy in life and passion.
And in this energy meditation we are going to boost your chakra and balance it,
As well as having a relaxed and peaceful moment.
And if you like you can also hold your hands in a mudra.
And a mudra is a way to steer the energy within your body,
Usually held by your hands.
And today's mudra is Dhyana Mudra,
And I feel it's a very comfortable and easy mudra to hold.
So you can hold your hands with your palms up in your lap,
Or if you're lying down on your stomach,
And then you rest and on top of your left palm and let your thumbs,
The tip of your thumbs touch.
But of course you can hold your hands any way you like.
So I hope you will enjoy it and please come back anytime you feel you want to rebalance and boost your Sacral Chakra.
So please get seated,
Comfortable,
And close your eyes.
And we start by taking three deep breaths.
Then with your next breath,
Set your intention for your body and mind to relax,
To let go of the day.
Any thoughts on repeat?
There is nothing you have to do right now,
But relax and follow this journey.
And imagine that there is a pillar of red healing earth energy that is coming from Mother Earth and it's going up through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.
And we take another deep breath.
And then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light universal energy that is coming from above and it's going down through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing down into Mother Earth.
And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.
And with your next deep breath,
Just feel yourself sinking into the surface that you are sitting or lying down upon.
You are held.
You are safe.
And you are beautiful.
And imagine that you are standing by a big beautiful ocean.
It could be in a space that you know or just let whatever comes to you be your image right now.
And the ocean that's in front of you,
It is calm,
Beautiful and vast.
And it's an evening or night time.
And above you,
There is a shining bright full moon.
And it's reflecting in the calm water that's in front of you,
Lightening up the evening or the night.
And we're just staying here,
Taking in this beautiful scene and feeling the peaceful energy that is moving through the water,
Moving through the sky from the full moon.
Allowing you to relax further and sink into the peace of the night.
And as we're standing here,
Looking out over this peaceful,
Calm and beautiful ocean that is moving at all times but still looks so peaceful together with the full moon,
Set your focus to your sacral chakra and allow it to connect to this calm and peaceful energy by setting your intention for it to do so.
And maybe you see or feel or sense or hear a connection between you,
Your body and your sacral chakra and the energy from the full moon and this calm water floating together like one in a peaceful movement and peaceful movement and allowing your sacral chakra to move from this calm energy for it to find its vibration,
Its rhythm,
Its pace in your life.
And as it is connecting to this energy,
It is starting to light up,
To ignite from within,
To release.
Removing old,
Outdated energy that might have been lingering from your past or present.
Removing energy that is no longer your highest good to keep holding on to this peace chakra.
It's almost as if it's being cleansed by the water,
By the ocean,
As well as connected to the depth of the ocean,
To the movement.
And the beautiful mystery and magic of the moon.
And if you have any feelings moving through your body,
Just observe them without judging or trying to control,
Just let it move through you as we are working with your sacral chakra.
And we allow this calm energy to move into your past,
To your future,
To your present moment or your now.
Finding a state where your emotions are comfortable and supportive.
Here to help you guide your way through life,

Your sense of joy of life,
Your sense of sexuality and your sense of fulfillment.
Igniting that playful and natural feeling around any of your emotions.
Knowing that they can be deep as the ocean,

As well as calm as the surface that we are looking upon,
The surface of the water that is so beautiful,
Reflecting the moon.
And as you're standing here by the water,
You can say out loud or just in your head,
I feel safe,
I feel joyful,
I feel life as a beautiful journey,

You can set your intention to keep expanding and activating your sacral chakra throughout your day,
