Hi and warm welcome to this walking meditation.
So this is made for you when you are out on a beautiful walk and I recommend that you walk slowly,
Consciously and just allow the energy to move through you.
So let's start walking.
And we start by imagining that you write thank you under the soles of your shoes.
And this is a way to say thank you to Mother Earth that you are walking on with gratitude.
So no matter whether you're walking in nature or in a city,
Just imagine that you have written thank you on the soles of your shoes.
And we take some really deep breaths.
Breathing in,
Maybe holding your breath for a little while.
And then releasing it out into the air.
And maybe follow the tempo of your breath with your steps.
So that you are walking slowly,
Consciously.
Just breathing in the air.
Filled with gratitude to your body for moving in this way.
To your day for having the space to go on this walk.
To Mother Earth who's all around you,
Under you.
And to Father Universe above you.
And maybe you like to hold your palms facing down as you're walking.
Connecting deeper with Mother Earth,
With intention.
Maybe you feel or see the connection going from the palms of your hands to the ground that you're walking on.
Just taking it in with gratitude,
With love.
And if you like,
You can shift so that your palms are facing up.
Connecting to the universe,
The beautiful vast universe above you.
Just taking it in.
And as you are walking,
Start to notice your surroundings.
What are the colors?
Without judgment,
Just notice.
Maybe you hear any sound from nature,
From the city.
Again,
Just notice without judging.
What are the shapes that you see around you?
Again,
Just notice without judging.
You see really how the shapes are changing and the diversity that is around you.
Again,
Whether you're out in nature or in a city.
Now let's take a really deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Just let go of.
This day.
What's to come.
What's been.
You are here.
Filled with gratitude to this moment.
Gratitude to you walking here right now.
And let your body know that it's okay to relax.
And let go of any stress.
Any worry.
This is a moment of peace.
When you can connect to the love from Mother Earth and Father Universe.
And we take another really deep breath as you are walking along on your path.
And as you exhale,
See if there is something that stands out in your surrounding as beautiful.
Maybe you like to stop and look at it or observe it from a distance.
And just take it in the color,
Shape.
Maybe it reminds you of something.
A warm memory.
Or maybe it's just beautiful.
Right here and now.
And we keep on walking.
And when you are walking,
See if there are any details along the way that is standing out to you.
Could be a small stone,
A leaf.
Anything that is standing out to you.
Anything that is just catching your sight,
A small detail on your path.
Maybe you want to stop and just have a look at it,
Its shape,
Its color.
Or maybe you already passed it.
And just keep it in your memory.
Maybe it also reminded you of something warm,
Loving.
Or just let whatever it was that pulled your attention be what it is.
There are no right or wrong.
And we keep on walking,
Slowly,
With intention and gratitude.
Intention to this moment as giving some love back to yourself.
Connecting with your heart,
Your soul,
Your core.
And we take another deep breath.
And then just imagine,
Or maybe it is a beautiful day,
But just feel the sun warming your body.
Whether it is out or not.
Just imagine how it is igniting your heart chakra,
The center of your chest.
Creating a sun of its own.
Spreading out within your body.
Lifting your energy.
Lifting your day.
Or maybe you feel a slight breeze or a strong wind.
And if nothing,
Just imagine that the wind is clearing your mind,
Your thoughts.
It's removing any thing from this day that's been on a loop,
Or where you felt stuck,
Maybe,
Or want to open for more new,
Creative,
New thoughts.
And let the wind remove the old.
And just keep on walking.
And as you are walking,
Just imagine that right now,
Just beside you,
There is a loving and beautiful light being walking next by you.
And it's a light being from your soul tribe.
Maybe it's someone you know already.
Or just let whatever feeling,
Image that comes to you be your guide for today.
This light being is from the highest light.
It's just walking next by you.
And if you have any question that you'd like to ask,
Then go ahead and do so.
And know that the answer will arrive at the perfect time for you,
Whether it is straight away or further down the line.
You can ask anything.
And we just keep on walking a little bit longer with this beautiful light being by your side.
And when you feel ready,
We say goodbye and thank you to this light being.
And we take another really deep breath.
And before we end this,
Just take a moment to thank yourself for this day,
For this walk,
For giving love to yourself,
To Mother Earth and Father Universe,
And for being here on Earth at this point,
Being part of the shift.
