Hello New.
Today's question is about reflecting on things that you did last year,
That you did purely and only for yourself.
We will reflect on how this made you feel.
Let's get comfortable and allow yourself to tune into your breath.
By noticing the breath you can support yourself in arriving in this meditative space and in your body.
Allow yourself to notice the in-breath and out-breath and notice what is present for you right now and then allow it to be there.
There's nothing you need to do to change it.
Notice the breath,
Notice what is present inside of you right now and then let us focus on the question for today.
What did you do in the last year that you did purely and only for yourself and how did it make you feel?
So give it some thought,
Listen to the answers that will come up on the inside and in case you feel that you didn't do anything for yourself and think about it.
What had you wanted to do and then could you do that in the coming year?
So what are those things that you would like to do not for anybody else but purely and only for yourself?
Give it some thought and stay present by noticing the breath in your body.
Keep noticing the breath in the body and keep hearing the answers that will come up and if it doesn't happen now it will come up later today,
Later this week.
So what did you do in the last year that you did purely and only for yourself and how did it make you feel?
And also what could you do more of in the next year for yourself?
Give it some thought,
Maybe write some thoughts down if you want to or you can make a mental note of what you hear inside and then write it down after the meditation.
This reflection is about you,
What you did do for yourself or could have done and maybe we'll do more of in the coming year and you can allow yourself more time.
Stay with the question,
Stay with the breath and sit still for a couple more minutes or when you feel it is enough for now then join me and take another deep breath in and full breath out and then you do that two more times.
Deep breath in,
Full breath out and then one more round like that and then when you're ready to close the meditation you open your eyes when you're ready and then you allow yourself to quietly move into the rest of your day.
