Hello and welcome to another step,

Another meditation on goodbye old,

Hello new.

And the topic for this meditation is wisdom,

Which is linked to the crown chakra.

And it's also linked to feeling connected to life,

Even though we don't always understand everything of it.

It's about feeling one with yourself and the people around you.

It's about realizing that you're not alone,

But all one.

So not alone,

But we're all one.

It's about feeling whole and connected,

Feeling connected to whatever happens inside of you,

Feeling connected to your own being,

But you could say also the beings around you,

Which then of course brings us to the question,

What does it feel like to be connected or to feel connected?

And is there perhaps something that you can do on a daily basis to at least feel more connected to yourself?

So what could you do on a daily basis to feel connected to life and to tap into his wisdom?

What can you do?

To connect to yourself and the people around you,

To life around you.

So can you feel right in this moment,

The connection to your breath moving inside of you?

Can you connect to whatever you're sensing inside of your body?

What are you sensing,

Feeling,

Thinking?

And all of this could be summarized as the mind,

The mind being more than your thinking mind.

It's every part of you.

Can you allow yourself to take time on a daily basis,

Even a couple of times per day to connect to what you're sensing inside?

Can you allow yourself to listen to what you're feeling inside?

So wisdom is about connection and being all one and feeling whole,

Feeling part of something bigger than just you,

Being part of it all.

So wisdom,

Allow yourself to have your truth and to live your truth,

Knowing that maybe other people around you have a different truth.

And then allow yourself to be with whatever is present inside of you in this moment and experience this moment right now just like it is.

Notice the breath again in your body.

Notice the breath again in the body.

And then whenever you're ready,

You open your eyes and then you can quietly move into the rest of your day.
