I am in the Divine. The Divine is Within Me. We are One. || That is the essence of the mantra Hamsa Soham Ekam. In this meditation, we will be chanting the mantra together. Please take your time. Please remain seated in an upright position. Please remember you can always come back to practice with me as often as you like. More gifts are on their way. I appreciate your time so very much. You found me.

I'm so happy.

I'm excited to share the next few minutes with you.

We're just going to do a very simple exercise right now.

It involves using your own voice.

We're going to chant together.

First I'd like to ask you to get into a seated position.

Wherever you happen to be in the world,

Please focus on your feet firmly planted on the earth.

I want to ask you to close your eyes.

Relax your hands onto your lap,

Palms facing upwards.

Relax your arms.

Relax your elbows.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your neck.

Relax your throat.

Bring your attention to the spot on your forehead between your eyes.

Breathing naturally.

We're not counting.

We're not holding.

Just be aware of your breath.

Each inhale brings nourishing oxygen into your body.

Any jacksail releases what is no longer needed.

We are going to chant a phrase.

It is Hamza Soham Ekam.

There are a lot of M's in this chant.

Allow your body to vibrate with the sound.

It's going to sound like this.

Keep breathing naturally and listen to my voice.

I will demonstrate one chant for you and then we'll do it together three times.

Hamza means I am in the divine.

Soham means the divine is within me.

Ekam means we are one.

Relax your shoulders.

Allow your ears to open and receive this gift.

Hamza Soham Ekam.

I'd like to invite you to join me now.

Hamza Soham Ekam.

Allow your own energy to flow through the sound.

Let's take a deep breath in together and then we'll begin.

Beautiful.

Focus on that spot between your eyes,

On your forehead.

Feel in yourself get taller.

Feel your spine stretch up.

The energy of the chant accumulates at the top of our head,

Lifting us closer to the divine.

Bring your attention down your arms into your hands,

Wiggling your fingers,

Feeling your physical body.

Move your attention down to your feet,

Firmly planted on the ground.

Your body contains this energy and your feet help move you forward in your life,

Knowing that you can access this energy at any time.

Gently open your eyes when you are ready.

I'm glad you're here with me.

Come back another time.

I'm glad you're here.

I'm glad you're here.
