During the chakra dhyana meditation,

We use our voices to create a vibration in our bodies that wakes up each of the chakras.

On the first chakra,

The sound that we chant is lang with an L.

It's L A N G.

When we chant this sound,

The power is on the NG part of the word.

So it sounds like this.

L A N G.

The second chakra sound that we make is vang with a V.

The power is in the NG part of the word.

So it sounds like this.

Vang.

The third chakra sound that we chant is rang with an R.

It sounds like this.

Rang.

The fourth chakra is the heart chakra.

YANG.

The fifth chakra.

The throat chakra.

The sound we chant is hang with an H.

Hang.

The first five chakras have a very similar sound to each other.

They are lang,

Vang,

Rang,

Yang,

And hang.

The sixth chakra is slightly different.

The sound we chant on the third eye chakra is AOM.

In this particular meditation,

We chant AOM in a ratio of three,

Meaning the A is a count of three,

The O is a count of two,

And the M is a count of one.

So it sounds like this.

When we chant the meditation,

We want to be sure to enjoy the silence between each chant.

That silence is just as important as the chant itself.

Relax into the sound and then enjoy the silence.

The crown chakra at the top of our heads has a very special sound.

It is OGUM SATYAM AUM.

And it sounds like this.

When we are doing the meditation together,

Enchanting these beautiful sounds that will wake up our chakras,

Do not worry.

Trust yourself.

No one is listening to you.

Let your body do what it wants to do.

Follow your voice.

Follow your own energy into the center of each of your own chakras.

Trust yourself to wake them up.

Do not try to chant so long that you feel dizzy.

Chant as long as is comfortable for you.

If during the meditation you find that you don't feel like chanting a particular one,

It's okay.

Just listen and catch up on the next one.

If you want to listen to this meditation a few times without participating yourself,

You will still get benefits.

But I encourage you to use your own voice,

Use your own body to activate these chakras.

Trust me.

You will find benefits.

The more you allow yourself to sink into this meditation,

The more you will gain.

The deeper your connection with your own intuition,

The deeper your trust and reliance onto the power that is there for you to access.
