Please find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
Lie down comfortably,
Maybe on a bed or a yoga mat with a cushion under your head and a blanket under your knees.
Cover yourself with a blanket to feel warm.
Let your legs relax slightly apart and your arms rest by your sides,
Palms facing up.
I recommend using headphones for a more immersive experience,
Helping you deepen your inward focus.
Please dedicate yourself fully to this session.
It's of absolute essence to listen to the entire recording because the ending will guide you out of the experience slowly.
As we begin,
Allow your tongue to rest softly on the upper palate on the roof of the mouth and if possible breathe gently through your nose.
If you're drifting into sleep,
Welcome it because it's what your body needs.
A bell will gently wake you at the end.
Let's start by taking all together a four second inhale and a five second exhale.
We are in this together.
Start to connect to the base of your spine,
The location of Muladhara or root chakra.
This is your foundation,
Stability and grounding.
I'll introduce here the sound Lam,
The vibrational mantra that is associated with the root chakra.
So what we are going to do is we're either going to mentally chant Lam or you're going to do it together with me,
Trying to feel the vibration at the root chakra,
The base of your spine.
We are creating a vibration that ends up in the root chakra by chanting Lam,
Feeling the sound,
Feeling the frequencies vibrating at the root chakra.
If you like to join in with repeating the mantra out loud,
Feel free to do so.
Know that you can modulate the sound either very high or very deep.
By modulating the sound you can change what the sound is resonating.
By going rather deep you can connect to the base of the spine.
So try to do this.
Join in when you're ready.
We're going five times.
Last time,
By feeling the sound with its vibrational quality at the root chakra,
Connect deeper into a grounding sensation,
Feeling completely at ease,
Rooted into the floor,
Deeply,
Deep roots that are nurturing you with every breath.
Feeling that as you repeated this sound,
You are reinforcing your connection to the earth.
Feeling your roots.
Feeling the gravity carrying you,
Holding you.
Comfort,
Completely rooted,
Rounded into this very moment.
Nothing to do,
Just feeling this abundance of strength surrounding you all the time,
Carrying you.
Five more times we're repeating that mantra.

From here,
Start to imagine fertile soil,
Vast and expansive landscapes,
Big rocks.
Imagination of the earth's nurturing energy.
Imagine lying in such a fertile field,
Feeling that your roots are gathering so much vital energy for you.
Your whole body is being renewed at this very moment.
Completely feeling the roots of the earth is caring about you,
Providing everything that you need.
In this cozy field that you're lying in,
That you're feeling the gravity,
That you're anchored in,
Deep in your sense of groundedness.
Feel the stability and the support the earth provides,
Strengthening your root chakra.
Feeling completely safe in this field,
Feeling completely nurtured and warm.
Start to observe a red light glowing at your root chakra,
The base of your spine.
Almost like all the energy you're gathering through your roots is collected at the base of your spine.
From there,
It slowly nurtures your whole body with its warm fiery energy.
With each inhalation,
This red light starts to grow brighter,
Radiating brighter,
Radiating warmer,
Feeling more and more secure and more and more grounded.
Let this red light connect to any fears or insecurities and see how this red light is dissolving the fears and these insecurities.
It's very powerful as you're connecting to it,
Feeling grounded.
It is completely engulfing you,
Creating a deep sense of being rooted and connected to the world,
Knowing that you don't need to be afraid,
Knowing that you're very,
Very strong.
Connecting again to this red light radiating from your root chakra.
Feel how it spreads into your legs.
Feel how it slowly travels up your spine.
Meanwhile,
The source of it is still in the base of the spine,
Slowly moving up your spine until until it arrives in your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
Coming back to your neck,
It's moving further upward,
A feeling of security and grounding,
Of being able to let go of the worries,
Let go of the tension throughout your head,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your eyes,
Your forehead.
Everything being able to engulf in this red bright light.
As you're breathing,
This red bright light is pulsating,
Almost like it's asking you how much of it you want to feel.
What do you answer to it?
Be specific in your answer.
An answer like I want to feel everything will not suffice.
How bright do you want this light to be?
This red light.
Feeling this groundedness again.
Feeling how much strength there is within your body.
Just waiting to be used,
To be unleashed.
Start to connect to a gratitude for this strength.
A gratitude for that red bright vibrant glowing light in your whole body.
Trying to connect to it more effortlessly,
Even more effortlessly.
Just observing your breath,
Very softly,
Guiding your breath into your belly.
Nurturing this place of the Ru Chakra.
From here,
I invite you again to honor your Ru Chakra one more time.
Using the mantra that we found earlier.
Five times.
One last time.
With your connection towards your right red light.
Connecting more and more to the body's physical sensations.
Sensations.
Feeling the weight of your body.
The touch of the blanket or any fabric against your skin.
Embrace all of these sensations.
They are testament to your physical presence,
Your strength and your connection to the world.

An ability to withstand challenges and overcome hurdles,
Knowing that you are protected and supported in your physical environment,
And being optimistic and trusting in the natural flow of life,
Knowing that deep truths are hidden within your body,
Just waiting for you to be discovered,
Slowly,
One by one,
Uncovering these truths without being attached to them,
Understanding more and more about the connection to your body,
To your mind,
To the world around you,
To the universe,
Understanding now more about this radiant red light glowing within you.
It might happen that when you're connecting with other people,
The meaning of this red light might jump to another person,
And so,
Too,
They will feel grounded because of you,
Grounded because you're deeply connected to all of what it means.
Understand that that you're a gift to other people,
A gift that is valuable for others,
A gift that needs to be protected.
You're sharing yourself with others that are also valuable to you.
Maybe they will teach you about another color.
It will let you know about the rainbow that is waiting for you to be discovered,
Knowing that you will not be the teacher,
You will not be the student,
You will be everything all at once.
All at once.
Start to bring your awareness back to the present,
Feeling how this red light is wandering back to its source,
The base of your spine,
Where it can be accessed whenever you need to feel round,
Rounding energy.
Notice the surface beneath you and the air around you.
Slowly reawaken your body,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And when you're ready,
Start to open your eyes gently,
Staying connected with the stability and the connection to the earth you've nurtured within you.
Start to move your body more and more,
Feeling how heavy your body is,
How your muscles can move it effortlessly,
Feeling completely grounded.
Move your shoulders,
Your knees,
Your hips.
And from here,
