Let's start by taking all together a four second inhale and a five second exhale.
We are in this together.
In the comfort of your space that you've created,
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
The center of your chest,
Where your heart chakra resides.
This place is also called Anahata.
The seat of love and compassion.
Imagine a gentle soothing sound emanating from your heart center.
The vibrational mantra associated with the heart chakra is YAM.
So people that are using that mantra and making a sound with it,
They're accessing the heart chakra.
The resonance within your body that is connected to the heart center.
So I invite you to try it for yourself by joining in with me five times inhaling deep into your belly and as you're exhaling making the sound YAM and connecting with the resonance to the heart chakra.
So feeling vibrational quality within the heart center and if it's not there for you try to modulate it in a way so it reaches this place of the heart center.
What I mean by modulating is you could be very high or you could be very deep.
See where the resonance is in your body as when you're very high you're much higher in your head and when you're very deep you're very deep in your belly with the resonance and so I invite you to find the place for your individual body to connect to the heart center.

Every pressure you feel on your body somehow feels greenish,

The air that you're inhaling feels greenish.

Everything around you.
Nurturing you.

The source of this light comes from your heart center.
See this light growing brighter and more vibrant with each breath.

Filling you with warmth and love.
Feel comfort like you can rest in this place effortlessly.

Love is abundant around us.

Explaining to you with this green color.

Allowing it to pass throughout your body.
Trusting your heart.
Feel this green light traveling through your veins from your heart center into your legs,

Feel it traveling to your shoulders,
To your arms,
To your palms,
Into your fingers.
Feel it traveling into your head,

Into your lips,
Into your nose,

Into your forehead.
And feel it coming back as radiant as it went.
Telling a story back to your heart.
How exceptionally well it is taking care of you.
How exceptionally well it loves you.

Allowing love to be experienced.

Knowing that this source will always be there for you to tap into.
Knowing as well that there is more to discover,
More to journey to.
With all of that knowledge that you're feeling within your body,
You start to connect to different colors,
All kinds of colors coming up through your body.
Colors you've not connected to before,
And that are excited to welcome you.
Your heart encourages you with compassion to move freely when it is time for you to move to another destination.
And it also encourages you to come back to it whenever it is time.
