Let's naturally enhance our nitric oxide levels,
Improve blood flow and balance our energy centers.
Today we do a body scan and breath practices with humming.
For full effect,
Please make sure to be undisturbed for the next 10 minutes.
Namaste.
I'm Marcel Grue.
Please lie down in a quiet space.
Arms by your sides,
Palms up and eyes closed.
It all starts with this next breath.
Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 6.
With this breath know we are in this together.
Repeat one more time this breath.
5 seconds in and exhale for 6.
Check in with your body right now.
How do you feel?
And let's continue with our body scan.
Start to connect to your fingers,
To your big thumb on both sides.
Saying hello,
Just thinking about your fingers,
Concentrating on them.
Your big thumb,
Your index finger,
Your middle finger,
Your ring finger,
Your little finger.
You're doing great.
Then slowly coming to your palms,
To the top of the hands,
To your wrists.
Moving onwards to your lower arms,
To your elbows,
Your upper arms,
To your shoulders,
To your chest,
Your belly,
Your butt,
Your big thighs,
Your knees,
Your lower legs,
To your ankles,
To the top of the foot,
To the sole of the foot,
Your heels,
Your big toe,
The second toe,
The third,
The fourth,
And the pinky toe.
Traveling all the way up again,
Connecting to your neck,
Your jaw,
Your chin,
Your lips,
Lower lip,
Upper lip.
Make sure your tongue rests on the upper palate,
The roof of the mouth.
And maybe have your mouth just a little tiny bit open,
While breathing through your nose.
Connecting to your nostrils,
To the right nostril,
The left nostril.
Connecting to your right eye,
Your left eye,
Your right ear,
Your left ear.
Connecting to your forehead,
And connecting to the back of your head.
Connecting to the very top of your head,
And then connecting to your whole head together.
From here,
Take a deep breath in,
And send it down to your very toes.
Imagining the breath is traveling from your nostrils,
Down to your feet,
Down to the toes.
And as you're exhaling,
Imagine exhaling out of your toes.
And as you're inhaling,
Inhale in through your toes,
Up all the way through your body,
And imagine exhaling through the top of your head.
Imagine a blowhole of a whale there,
And imagine exhaling through this blowhole.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm However it's sound that we are making with our voice and it resonates in certain body parts of ours.
So please follow along as we are going through these body parts.
So let's go down,
Far far down to the very start of your vertebras,
Where your sexual organs lie.
As you inhale feel into the base of your spine,
Inhale deep and as you exhale making the sound Lam,
Lam,
Lam,
Lam,
Lam,
Lam,
Lam,

Let's move on a little bit upwards to the belly button area,
Just around the navel.
On the exhale softly chant VAM for fluidity and ease,
VAM,
VAM,
And really try to get into this resonating into your belly button,
This resonation,
VAM,
VAM,
Great let's continue move on up to the very start of your ribcage and there we're going to send the vibration RAM to.
So again let's inhale the center of will and strength and chant RAM,

RAM and the sound is OM,
So bring your focus between your eyebrows,
The sound of pure awareness,
Activating intuition,
Inhale deeply,
OM,
Last time,
Great,
Now rise on up to our crown chakra,
Come to the very top of your head and imagine a point just slightly over your head,
Shining brightly,
Sense the crown of your head open to connection with everything that is,
Allowing the nitric oxide to flow naturally throughout you,
I invite you to be in silence for just a few seconds and feel into it,
Feel into this point,
Slowly release this focus and come back to your body,
Checking in with your entire body right now and connecting to the state you are in right now and remember the state you were in at the beginning of this lesson and then just compare these two with each other without judging,
Just comparing,
No one state is better than the other,
Just feel in,
Just feel in,
Then start to move your fingers,
Start to move your toes,
Start to move your ankles,
Your wrists,
Your elbows,
Your knees,
Your hips,
Your shoulders,
Your belly,
Your whole body,
Make noises if you want to,
Waking yourself up again,
Opening your eyes and I welcome you back,
I invite you to just stay a few more seconds,
Give yourself a hug,
Bring your hands in front of your heart together,
Whatever it is that makes you feel good right now,
You can sit up or you can stay lying as you like and I like to tell you thank you so much for practicing with me,
I'm bowing down in front of you for your discipline and your continued support,
It helps me create the most amazing guided meditations for you,
I hope to meditate with you soon again,
Abundant love and blessings to you,
Namaste,
This is Marcel Groux.
