Good morning,
Today you are going to manifest all that you desire.
It simply takes awareness of thought.
So let's begin our morning in the right way through meditation.
First,
Simply close your eyes and adjust your posture so that you are nice and upright.
Let yourself feel energized about the day ahead.
It is going to be an amazing day.
Opportunities come your way for your greater good.
And you bring prosperity and abundance to others.
Now correct your posture if you are slouching.
Really hold yourself with honor.
Say out loud,
Today I am aware of my thoughts.
When you become mindful of what you are thinking,
You will realize how often you are thinking about things you don't want.
And we all know that thoughts end up creating your reality.
So just today,
Become aware.
Notice what your thoughts are about.
Are they for your good?
Or not so much?
With time,
This practice will make it so you can control your thoughts in an easy way,
Thus manifesting the reality you desire.
Let's practice this now.
Just become aware of your thoughts.
Watch them.
Notice what they are about.
I will give you several moments to do so in silence.

Now let's take control of our mind and think about only that which we want to cultivate and manifest.
Let's start off with family matters.
Begin to think about everything having to do with your family in a positive and constructive way.
Wonderful.
Maintain control.
Moving now to thinking about your business or career.
Keeping your thoughts positive and moving towards your good.
Wonderful.
Now think about your health and wellness.
See yourself as only healthy,
Happy,
Joyous,
And making good choices regarding your wellness.
Nice.
Are you able to keep your mind focused on the good?
If so,
You're doing an excellent job.
If thoughts come in that are negative and deconstructive to your good,
Notice them.
Imagine that you can catch them like a butterfly in a net.
Go ahead and just witness your thoughts,
Noticing and capturing the ones that are not going to be for your greater good.
You are doing so well.
You're starting off your morning in an excellent way.
Let's do some deep breathing now,
Just to center ourselves into the present moment.
Inhale for a count of five.
And exhale for a count of five.
Continue this even five-second breathing on your own.
Great.
Now let your breath settle,
Tuning in to your body,
Correcting your posture if you need to,
And affirm.
You can either say these statements out loud or silently to yourself.
Today is a great day.
I am given wonderful opportunities today.
I am highly productive today.
I am kind,
Calm,
And compassionate in all of my interactions.
Today is blessed.
I am so grateful for this amazing day.
I have great awareness of my thoughts today.
Today is a great day.
Allow for these powerful statements to sink deep into your subconscious mind,
Affecting your day for the better.
Now open your eyes and notice the sunlight of the morning,
Basking the whole world in new light.
You are amazing,
