Find a comfortable position if you'd like,
Closing the eyes for a deeper concentration.
Take a few conscious deep breaths to tune yourself into a meditative state.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Just relaxing.
Very good.
Now just let your shoulders drop down and allow your jaw to loosen.
The eyes are soft and the hands are resting in your lap.
You may repeat these affirmations or just enjoy hearing them.
Today will be the best day ever.
I am capable of doing anything I put my mind to.
Today I make progress toward any of my goals and dreams.
I trust in my abilities.
I am so talented and others need my services.
Each small step I make toward my goal is a big accomplishment.
I am positive and productive every day.
Negative thoughts leave the mind just as quickly as they come.
I am my own boss.
I am living out my purpose.
Even if I make mistakes,
I learn from them.

When you take care of yourself,

Begin to breathe in slowly and deeply.
How much can you fill your lungs with fresh air?
Breathing out and relaxing even more.
Breathe in,
Make the breath as full as you can.
Breathe out very slowly and easily.
Once more,
Breathe in very deeply.
And breathe out very slowly.
After you let the air escape,
Hold your breath for just a few moments.
Resting in a moment of stillness.
Say to yourself,
I am ready to have the best day ever.
I am ready to have the best day ever.
Begin to gently rise from this meditation feeling refreshed with a clear mind and relaxed body.
