Enjoy a profound emotional healing exercise that will allow you to become more mindful of your inner world and its mechanisms. In this session we will feel fear, we are experiencing how it feels in our body. We will then allow fear to come together with a state of relaxation, observing how the body reacts to the deeper and deeper relaxation and how it in turn reflects into our feelings of fear and anxiety.

So,

We'll take a contemplative moment.

So I invite you to sit and close your eyes.

Think of the time that you were scared.

And I invite you to keep the body extremely relaxed,

The belly relaxed,

The neck and nape relaxed,

The face relaxed.

And observe as if from the outside what happens to us when we are afraid.

Keep the body calm but feel what happens to the body,

To my body when it's afraid,

To our body.

Feel every nuance of the fear and simultaneously with the physical and somehow energetical vibe of the fear,

Relax the body again and again.

Now forget about the fear and just dive into an ever deeper relaxation.

And we will make now the association.

Feel your body there afraid and we just send out the message.

Every time I'll get afraid from now on we'll mix the fear with the state of deep,

Deep relaxation.

And feel how the body of fear is mixing with the body of relaxation and we somehow reprogram the nerve system to calm down when fear arises,

Calm down.

And that's very good.

We can return slowly and feel the effect.
