Lesson 2
Building Your Sleep Ritual
Some top tips will be given during this session. Try those that resonate with you and adopt your favourites into your very own customised sleep ritual. The piece of therapeutic Consciously Designed Music is called 'Zayana' (meaning 'sleeping' in Sanskrit) and is a fusion of music (specifically composed to help you drift into sleep) and sound therapy. Himalayan singing bowls and music are woven together to transport you to a peaceful Himalayan mountainscape.

The Role Nature Has To Play
In this session, we will explore the important role that nature has to play in helping us to get a good night's sleep. We will discover that daylight is just as important as darkness in balancing our neuro-chemistry. The piece of Consciously Designed Music (CDM) to encourage sleep is called 'Sleeping Storm'. Lesson 4
The Sleep Ritual Grows
In this session, we will explore more tips to bring into your sleep ritual. We will also work through a progressive relaxation session to help release tension in the physical body, which is often a barrier to a deep and refreshing sleep. The piece of Consciously Designed Music (CDM) featured in this session is called 'Drift', a deeply relaxing piece perfect for relaxing mind, body and emotions.

Lesson 5
Your Brain & Sleep
In this session, we will look at the neuroscience of sleep, the different stages of sleep, and approximately when the different stages occur during the night. This helps us understand more about our brain and helps us discover if there is a waking pattern in our sleep cycle. We will add a few more tips to our sleep ritual list and evaluate the last few days. The piece of Consciously Designed Music (CDM) featured in this session is 'SOMNUS X' - a sleep track that has been shown to improve the quality and duration of sleep.
