This is a 5-minute guided breathing exercise entitled 'balanced breathing' meaning that the inhale is equal to the exhale. This is a great exercise for when you want to centre and calm and can be used before any deeper meditation, sound therapy, sound bath, yoga class or to drop into deep and restorative sleep.
