Offering you a moment to tune in, to bring your awareness to what you are feeling and experiencing, and grounding yourself back into the present moment. Short and sweet.

This is the three minute breathing space meditation.

Sit or stand tall in a position that expresses dignity.

Then tune in with yourself and become aware of any thoughts,

Feelings or physical sensations.

Simply noticing what is there.

Then move your attention to your breath.

Feel the air flowing in and out of your body.

Feel how your ribs expand and fall with each breath and how your body rises and falls with each breath.

There's nothing you have to do,

Just allowing the air to move in and out of your body.

Feel the flow of your breath.

Stay with the breath.

From here you move into your body.

Feel your posture and what expression you have on your face right now.

Feel your whole body from head to toe and allow your awareness to sink into your body.

Allow your awareness to sink into every cell of your body.

And keep it there.
