Make sure you are comfortable either sitting or laying down.
Take a few moments to be aware of how your body feels,
Any aches or pains.
Now bring your attention to your emotions,
Whatever you are feeling,
Just notice without asking why.
With each deep breath we are going to imagine that we are pulling positivity into our bodies and our minds and with every exhale we are going to imagine that we are pushing any aches,
Pains or negative feelings out of our bodies,
Leaving us here in the present moment,
Relaxed and full of positivity.
We will now begin with counting our breaths,
Breathing in for a pattern of four and breathing out for the same pattern.
I will count your inhales and exhales,
So allow yourself to drift into a state of relaxation whilst gently breathing,
So when you are ready we will begin.

Allow your breathing to return to a comfortable place,
If any thoughts begin to enter your mind,
Simply push them aside for this moment and bring your awareness back to my voice,
Letting go of these negative feelings and just being aware of this moment being completely present.
Going to now take some deeper breaths and this time you will be relaxing into a deeper state with every exhale,
Letting go of any negativity,
Imagine that any of the remaining negativity is leaving you and when you are ready we will be again breathing in 1,

Hold for a moment and breathe out 1,
2,
3,
4 and breathing in 1,
2,
3,
4 and exhale letting go of negativity 1,
2,
3,
4 and once you do,
Imagine this time that the negativity is being blown into a balloon,
Leaving your body out through your mouth,
With every exhale you are filling this balloon and leaving behind only positivity,
Feeling relaxed with every exhale,
So with the next few breaths let that negativity blow into that balloon,
Ok when you are ready we will begin,

4 and now blow the negativity into the balloon 1,

3,
4,
Breathing in 1,
2,
3 and blowing away the negativity and now allow your breath to return again as your body fills with positivity,
Your energy is shifting,
Happiness is spreading through your body,
Your balloon is full and it is drifting away,
Taking your negativity with it,
Imagine that you can see the balloon flying away,
Taking away all of your negative feelings,
All of your aches and pains or tension,
You are present in this moment,
Allow yourself to stay relaxed,
To be calm and to be happy right here in the present full of positivity.
