Hey,
Welcome to these affirmations for when you are feeling overwhelmed.
This is going to be a soft spoken sleep meditation using these affirmations,
So I will repeat these affirmations to you,
But you do not need to repeat them.
Just simply relax and allow my words to sink into your mind so that you can release this overwhelmed feeling that you are experiencing.
You can enjoy a deep sleep and wake up tomorrow feeling motivated and productive.
I will also be creating a daytime version for anyone who would like to repeat these affirmations throughout the day.
But for now,
It's time to relax and release any stress from today.
So first of all,
Make sure that you are comfortable by getting into bed,
Wrapping yourself up so that you are warm and you can close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Notice how your chest rises and falls as you breathe in and out.
Bring your breath all the way down to your stomach as you breathe in deeply and breathe out releasing any stress from within you.
I am going to repeat these affirmations,
I will repeat them a couple of times to allow each word to enter your mind and change your current mindset so that you can feel calm,
Positive and stronger than ever.
But as I said,
You don't need to repeat them to yourself,
Just simply listen to my voice and allow yourself to drift into a relaxing sleep.
